Abstract

thin me eager to flow. Writing led me to want to write more. And, I started observing things, people, feelings and understanding even myself more deeply.</p><p id="761a">I was recently introduced to this platform, Medium, by my husband (when he shared an article with me) and I am avidly reading and writing on it since then (May 2020). To Illumination

Hi, to all Illumination writers and editors. This is GK here from India.

I enjoy writing and love to read. I write on a multitude of topics like nature, history, equality, travel & art and society. A dash of the Indian diversity and its vibrant colours is sprinkled on some of my work with a lot of love, too.

Flashback: I have been crystallising my thoughts and experiences in the form of poetry and prose since my childhood. I remember writing poems, which I loved to sing when I was little. I continued this as a hobby for many years. The years of my graduate studies and post-grad were the times when I perhaps lost touch with poetry for the longest time. I regained the momentum slowly as I started working, reading and travelling. As time passed by, I started to feel words bottled up within me eager to flow. Writing led me to want to write more. And, I started observing things, people, feelings and understanding even myself more deeply.

I was recently introduced to this platform, Medium, by my husband (when he shared an article with me) and I am avidly reading and writing on it since then (May 2020). It is amazing.
