I’ve always believed in being proactive in all areas of my life, including my relationships. That’s why I’m also planning birthday surprises, intensive premarital counseling, and small loving gestures that don’t require a big bank account or a passport.

However, I also really love to travel and I really love sex, so the two go together quite nicely.

Here is why and how I’m planning a sex vacation.

As any couple can attest, sex is an important element of a healthy relationship.

Not only does it help to foster intimacy and strengthen emotional bonds, but it also helps to release feel-good hormones like oxytocin and endorphins.

Given that vacation sex has such incredible benefits, it’s no wonder that studies have shown that couples tend to have more sex on vacation. That’s why vacations are essentially chemical super sex volcanos.

This is one reason why I’ve decided to embark on a sex vacation this summer.
