I was Admiring the Last Color of Fall

Before I left Austria

The Garden house near the lake of Constance by Elvie Lins

As I watched the last color of fall leave the trees and fall to the ground, I couldn’t help but admire it.

There’s something about the cool air and the changing leaves that just makes me feel alive.

I knew that I had to leave Austria soon, but I didn’t want to miss the last color of fall. So, I took a deep breath and enjoyed the moment.

Last fall of 2022 — Elvie Lins

It was also the moment of spending time with my husband as I will be away from his side once again for a few months.

I was staring at this beautiful wall full of red smiling at us as we walked past.

My husband never minds me stopping and taking pictures. He is the most supportive person when comes to photography.

What does the red color of nature reflect my senses at that moment?

Red is the color of passion, And in nature, it’s no different, When I see it, I feel a sense of love.

For all that surrounds me, At that moment, I feel alive, And everything is so perfect.

The colors are so vibrant and beautiful, And I am so filled with happiness as I kissed him.

And so I am currently back in Asia, and it has been raining every afternoon since I got here. Rain is something I cherish but hopefully will stop in some days.

I was reading Dr. Preeti Singh's article about nature today and so I like to respond to the prompt for the third week of November from Reciprocal Publication, “A Walk In The Woods”.

I was reading Caroline de Braganza's nature article as well which reminds me of The Table mountain in South Africa during my visit back in 2016.

Nature Poem for my readers

Nature…

Nature is life and life is nature, they flow into each other, interconnected and interdependent.

Nature is the source of all life, and all life comes from nature, We are all a part of nature, and nature is a part of us.

Just as we need air to breathe, and water to drink, We need nature to live.
