“I sleep in peace and wake in joy and live in the continual acceptance that life is good.” Earnest Holmes

Be grateful for what you have, and always be looking for new opportunities. Possibilities are endless, abundance is everywhere in life. Once we accept that we will experience it.

If everything is unfolding as it should do we have any reason to worry?

Even if things don’t go the way we think or plan doesn’t mean it’s a failure and doesn’t have value. The ups and downs are part of life. In order to weather the storm, we need to have faith and confidence in ourselves.

The ability to overcome obstacles and succeed, depend on self-confidence and a willingness to work and grow. That’s the key, mistakes and shortcomings are here to help us learn and grow.

If we try to ignore or avoid them they gain power over us. By facing them head-on we overcome them. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.

The more mental blocks we remove the closer we are to our true selves.
