How To Get 1000 Followers In 53 Days!

Tips to get followers without social media!

I finally made 1000 followers on January 5, 2022. The incredible fact is that it was all done in under 60 days. If I can do it, you can, too!

This journey started on November 12, 2021, when I started writing for Medium. I was lost and looking for a writing community to join. I couldn’t find much traction with Vocal and I was just rejected from a writing school. I still had plenty of article ideas. Thanks to social media like Facebook, I discovered Medium and its many publications.

It took a week or so before I could understand Medium and I definitely wanted to get into the Medium Partner Program. On November 19, I did get 100 followers and for the past few months, I have been documenting my followers and earnings journey.

Here’s a recap of how to get followers: write at least an article a day, comment on other articles and ask to have other writers read your content, follow other writers, and search out other writers seeking followers.

I found almost all of my followers through Medium, and without using social media like Facebook. (somehow I didn’t find the Medium social groups that helpful)
