How To Earn Over $1000 And More On Fiverr
Top earners are making thousands of dollars a month
I discovered Fiverr over 2 years ago and started off with a few gigs. Among my gigs were doing product reviews, creating a remembrance video for someone’s beloved pet, posting ads, and many other projects. I even attended one of Fiverr’s seller conferences in San Francisco, listened to top-sellers on Fiverr, and brought home swag. To date, I have earned over $1000 by working on this fabulous site.
Eventually, I took a break from Fiverr to discover other money-making ventures like Medium, because my real love is writing. I started up again in December and landed a VIP buyer who paid me to do several writing assignments. She had plenty of recurring gigs but I put a pause on more gigs due to personal issues. I figured she would have no trouble finding other equally capable people on Fiverr.
But this top buyer recently messaged me to do more assignments, and I am pleased to land this top-rated customer, who has tipped me before.
I generally do virtual assistant and research tasks and my most recent completed gig was creating an Easter scavenger hunt for a city in Florida. Now I live in Vancouver, Canada and that didn’t stop me from completing this project, thanks to Google Maps.
Google Maps is a game-changer and it’s also a great way to make extra money with other side gigs that use the app. I wrote about it here.
If you want to work on this popular website, all you need to do is register and post your gigs. Fiverr has a lot of categories, so choose your specialties. Among the categories include:
- Graphic design (logos, vectors, drawings, sketches)
- Writing and editing(entire articles, creative writing, blog posts)
- Computer Programming (help in coding, WordPress optimization, fixing bugs)
- Music, audio, and video
- Social Media
- Logos
- Translating
- eBook covers
- Virtual assistants and so on.
After posting your gigs, you can sit and wait for the order, or you can try this different strategy. I wrote about using this amazing tip to get potentially more orders using the buyer request option. See it here.
How much can you make on Fiverr! The most remarkable answer is that the sky’s the limit.
Charmaine Pocek is a top seller making over $38,000 a month on Fiverr. She put more effort into marketing and got promoted to level 2 seller status which allowed her to increase her prices. Among her gigs include resume writing, training people for job interviews, and cover letters, among other jobs.
Levi Newman started out small and now makes between $10,000- $15,000 a month providing services related to writing business emails and Amazon listings, among other duties.
Even if you don’t get any orders, here’s a tip! Download the Fiverr App and make sure you turn on notifications when you get a message from a possible buyer. I received my last 2 orders after replying to the buyer's messaging inquiries.
By using this strategy, you don’t have to wait to be a Level 2 seller to increase your prices! My gig offers which were accepted by both buyers were for well over $5 per gig: $35US and $70US.
