How This OnlyFans Model Faces Second Degree Murder Charges

Domestic abuse, but who is the victim here?

Courtney Clenney — Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office

Makeup sex, breakup sex, or murder sex. It has been thirty years since this murder happened. A man tied to a bed was found dead by the maid and reported to the police. The scene was gruesome. The police were making fun of the nude man’s dead body. There were no bruises.

Was the maid the suspect? Not according to the police, since she was 54 years old and weighs 240 pounds.

It ain’t the maid. The murder weapon was an icepick left on the coffee table in the living room. The bed sheet was full of ‘cum stains’ and the police officer in charge of the investigation was impressed.

The victim was a rock and roll star. Cocaine was found near his body. He was last seen alive with his girlfriend, and her name was Catherine Tramell.

And everything that you just read wasn’t real.

It was from the movie Basic Instinct, the movie that made Sharon Stone famous, and the movie that was full of misogyny, ageism, and homophobia that in today’s world it will be hard for the movie to be greenlighted.

And if you think that murder can never happen in real life, it isn’t that far from what may have happened to Christian Obumseli.

He isn’t a rock and roll star, but a rising cryptocurrency trader and he was stabbed to death, not with an icepick but with a knife.

As in the movie Basic Instinct, the suspect is his girlfriend. Courtney Clenney, a social media influencer, and top OnlyFans model also known as Courtney Tailor to her fans, also happens to be a white young woman with considerable wealth and fame to her name.

Courtney Clenney has been arrested in Hawaii and is now waiting to be extradited to Florida where prosecutors want her to face trial on second-degree murder charges for the death of Christian Obumseli.

But is she a femme fatale like Catherine Tramell, or was a victim of domestic abuse?

Do you smell another Amber Heard story with allegations of domestic violence? In that case, Johnny Depp was able to defend himself and refute her claims.

Or is this another domestic abuse allegation similar to what Ricky Martin faced a few weeks ago and was proven to be untrue by a Puerto Rican court, it was nothing but a false accusation.

In the case of Christian Obumseli, he would never get his chance to defend himself as his body has long been dead since his murder on April 3, 2022.

It took more than four months for police authorities to arrest the suspect who is a white woman, in the alleged murder of Obumseli, who happened to be a black man.

The story of Christian Obumseli and Courtney Clenney is not as black and white as they would want you to believe, there are shades of grey leading up to the murder, and you will be left with more questions than answers.

Self-defense. In criminal law, it is the justification for inflicting serious harm on another person on the grounds that the harm was inflicted as a means of protecting oneself.

At first, it was what the Miami police told the family of the victim, an act of self-defense.

How can a blonde woman with blue eyes commit murder, especially if the dead victim happens to be a black man? We heard that story too many times before.

Why wouldn’t you think there was special treatment when right after police arrived at the crime scene and short detention at the police station, Courtney was then sent to a mental health treatment center for 72 hours?

All she had to do was to threaten the police that she would harm herself while in police custody, and the police had no choice but to invoke Florida’s Baker Act.

Baker Act

The Baker Act is a Florida law that enables families and loved ones to provide emergency mental health services and temporary detention for people who are impaired because of their mental illness, and who are unable to determine their needs for treatment.

The Act was named after Maxine Baker, former Miami State representative who sponsored the Act in 1972.

People who require the use of the Baker Act have often lost the power of self-control, and they are likely to inflict harm to themselves or others. It is important that the Baker Act only be used in situations where the person has a mental illness and meets all the remaining criteria for voluntary or involuntary admission.

It does not substitute for any other law that may permit the provision of medical or substance abuse care to persons who lack the capacity to request such care

How come we never heard of a black woman accorded the same restraint from police officers? It comes to mind Breonna Taylor, 26, who was shot and killed by Louisville, Kentucky, police officers after they allegedly executed a search warrant of the wrong home.

In a long post from Jeff, the brother of Christian ‘Toby’ Obumseli on Instagram, he detailed how his family is repulsed how Courtney was out sipping cocktails in a bar a few days after she was ‘traumatized’ by her stabbing Toby, that resulted in his death at their apartment.

As a family, we strongly disagree with the ignorant and repulsive tweets from my then-high school aged brother that have recently surfaced. However, the tweets do not diminish our demand for a thorough investigation into Toby’s murder or negate the necessity for justice.

It’s been a week since my brother was brutally and senselessly killed. Courtney Taylor Clenney’s callous actions have not been met with an ounce of remorse. We’ve seen videos of Courtney kissing her dogs while covered in what we believe to be my brother’s blood and casually getting drinks at a hotel bar days later while my brother lays in the morgue.

The bottom line is inextricably clear: Courtney is being treated differently because of her privilege as a wealthy white woman. Within 24 hours following Toby’s death, the detective on the case prematurely concluded this was not a crime of violence. But the information provided is deficient and the lack of transparency strongly suggests foul play is involved. Courtney acknowledges that Toby did not have a weapon. She has no injuries to support her story of imminent danger. Additionally, Courtney still has yet to explain exactly what happened leading up to Toby’s murder. We have every reason to believe that his death was the result of unwarranted and unprovoked violence. We want to see that justice is served.

With family, you may not agree with every action or statement made, but it is my duty to zealously fight for my brother. No family should have to go through what we are experiencing. We have a long legal battle ahead of us to ensure justice is served. I need your support. My family needs your support. We cannot do this without community.

God bless you all.

A video shared by TMZ shows how the police were compassionate enough that Courtney Tailor was allowed to have an emotional moment with her dogs, as they licked off what appeared to be Toby’s blood on her body.

What we know so far

Christian ‘Toby’ Obumseli died on April 3, 2022. The Miami Police released a surveillance video (above). Police added that Clenney stabbed and killed Obumseli two months later.

The footage contains a video of what appeared to be an altercation between Toby and Courtney inside the elevator. She was seen hitting him on the head, while Toby tried to stop her.

A few seconds into the video also showed him shoving her away from him.

To her credit, Courtney was the one who made the 911 call. In the police affidavit, Christian died of a single knife wound on his chest.

Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle revealed shocking evidence in the case against Clenney, claiming Obumseli had been a victim of domestic violence.

Rundle in her press conference stated that Clenney stabbed Obumseli with a six-inch blade that penetrated three inches into his chest and pierced his subclavian artery, killing him.

She said the medical examiner found that wound was caused by a downward stroke into Obumseli’s chest, contradicting Clenney’s claim that she’d thrown the knife at Obumseli from about 10 feet away.

More evidence against Clenney will be presented if the case goes to trial or Courtney cuts a deal and pleads guilty to manslaughter which would carry a lesser sentence than a second-degree murder conviction.

White privilege? How can the family of Christian Obumseli who has started a GoFundMe page to help the family in what could be a protracted legal battle not think it was white privilege?

Courtney Clenney at the time of her arrest was in a rehab facility in Hawaii to treat her PTSD as a result of the ‘trauma’ she experienced after killing her boyfriend.

If you happen to be unsure of what white privilege means, check out Central Park.Karen?

Clenney and Obumseli were once in love, or they thought they were, friends and neighbors were witnesses to their tempestuous two-year relationship.

They have broken up in the past only to find themselves crawling back to what they believe is a relationship worth giving another chance.

Clenney claims she killed him in self-defense and that she is a victim of domestic abuse.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle calls it the same, a case of domestic abuse but the victim was Christian ‘Toby’ Obumseli.

In a court of law, only one can be the victim, the other one has to pay for the crime.

But in this case, nobody wins, not when one is dead.
