Hiking Into the Grand Canyon Is a Journey Into Your Mind

This is a portion of a message from my Energy Group channeled for a friend who asked for a message that was in their Highest and Best Interest.

“So you have this trip coming up, this backpacking trip into the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon, as you know, is a very special place. It’s a very powerful place — one of the most powerful Earth places on the planet because it is so unique.

From a human perspective, it is very deep and revealing of the ages of time of this planet Earth. And so that is a really special opportunity to connect to the planet, and to connect to the depths of your own consciousness, in your own self.

Because as one explores the world, the 3rd dimensional planet Earth, the physical planet, you are also exploring your own mind, your own self, your own consciousness, and your own identity.

On this, see also:

You are this planet. You are everything in existence. Everything that you perceive is part of you, even though it may feel separate.

So when you go into a place like the Grand Canyon, you’re going into a part of yourself, a part of your own consciousness, your own mind, your own identity.

That is a very deep dive, we could say, into the self. There are opportunities there to know yourself more and to discover, then, these deeper parts of of yourself.

So that’s something to be aware of, to be conscious of, to be looking for.

It’s almost as if: you go deeper into the Grand Canyon you’re going deeper into a into a meditation. When one has a really deep meditation. It’s something similar.

The meditation, though, is an entirely mental and spiritual process — it’s actually leaving the physical body behind. Going into the Grand Canyon is the same thing — it is a mental and spiritual process, but it’s taking the body with it, which is actually more powerful, if one can be aware of that.

So, in meditation, basically, one of the major goals is to connect or reconnect with the Inner Self, and to quiet the Outer Self, the Outer Ego. And then allow that Inner Self, the Soul, to come through.

for more on the Inner and Outer Ego, see:

That might be something to think about as you’re hiking, camping, spending time in the Canyon: How does that Soul, that Inner Self, come through in these moments of solitude where the Outer Self, the Outer Ego, is more quiet because you have been removed from the surface.

So yeah, you can think about that as a meditation.

Okay, so we’ll stop there. Thank you for this question, and for what you are able to bring up from us.

We love you.

Namaste.”
