My Story Stats

I had always been sitting at just under 50% read ratio. I wasn’t really happy with it but I felt like it was better than nothing. It also told me two things.

My headings were pretty good because people were opening my stories.

The body of my stories weren’t. They were missing whatever it was that people were looking for. They were missing that umpffft, a cracked smile, or the tear that keeps your readers… well, reading. People were clicking back and not reading or engaging. I saw a lot of clicks and a lot of $0.00s. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to explain it.
