You will find them looking easy and this visual will give you a boost and pump you up to move on further.</li><li>This is all because your brain is tuned to the imagination — to imagine something real or vivid, both without a difference. Thus, when you visualize happy thoughts and achievements, that is what you will get.</li></ul><h2 id="1263">#6 Crossroad</h2><p id="6e1f"><b><i>Use your brain to achieve your goal.</i></b></p><ul><li>As you read in crossroad 5, the brain is majorly important in helping you to achieve your goal. So let’s see how you can do so.</li><li>Learn to practice consistency and by doing you can turn your habits into goals.</li><li>Changing surroundings is necessary too. Did you know that changing habits is easiest when the surroundings are changed? ssroads you can encounter roadblocks too, those which come in front of you as an inevitable setback in achieving your goal?</p><h1 id="0f35">So let’s talk about finding a different path to avoid roadblocks.</h1><p id="2f06">Here is where one’s intuition plays up. There are times when you have insights and feelings about what can go wrong, what’s not workable etc. <b><i>Yes…the gut feelings that come to play. Never take them lightly as they can be one big roadblock to your achieving your goal.</i></b></p><p id="1aaf">It can be when you don’t feel like working out and avoid it to plan it at another time in the day. But suddenly you get uninvited guests and then what? Here your schedule is upset. So at such a moment of doubt, you wish you had worked out earlier or you think what next? “Well, I’ll just wait till they go and then plan and finish my workout.” is your thought. This is going around the roadblock but if you don’t do that, then you have been blocked by it.</p><p id="c38d"><b><i>Secondly, keep everyone at home involved and let them motivate you.</i></b> Maybe when you are on a specific plan or fasting so that they know, not to cause you distractions by eating your favourite foods around you.</p><p id="7637">And lastly, fix yourself awards, all along the journey. Let those who are a part of your journey know that you need applause all along if you don’t want to do it yourself. Have You Ever Tried To Lose Weight and Failed and Still Wondered Why?

“Let your brain eat your weight away and guide you to a happy day, every day!” — Geetika Sethi

You start a new wellness plan that is inclusive of diets and exercise, you follow it to the T at the start, absolutely diligently …but a creeper of doubt grows in your mind. You think “I failed last time, so will I fail again?” Is it worth it- the time and money I am investing in it? Well, do you know what’s the result for this? Negative, because before you have started, you have attached your plan to a string of negativity.

And this string is called the CET — Cycle of Emotional Thought, which rides in everyone’s life on the tyres of thoughts and their corresponding feelings, which will either hold you back from your goal or move you towards it.

Now what? Do you wish to deflate this tyre of negativity to ride on a happy journey? If yes, then what you do is, you make mindfulness your best friend and start working on optimizing your own mindset by disrupting the negative channels to learn to live a life of abundance and natural success.

Let me tell you another little secret… did you know that as you have behavioural habits, you have habits of thoughts too. And it’s mostly these thoughts that you think of — which were from yesterday or the day before that get attached to form this string. So all you need to do is that remember that these are thinker thoughts and not real thoughts and do away with them. Become aware of their negativity and the look for fresh, healthy and happy ones. Simply keep a check on your habits, make note of them and believe me -you are on the right path.

The route for the right path…

Choose a goal

  • Next time you have a negative thought while trying to access your goal, disrupt it.
  • Return to your present moment
  • Simply move on from your past to the present to fix your future.

#2 Crossroad

The Right Goal Setting
