“Feel Each Chakra Exploding into a New Present Moment”

This is how you experience time — you experience the birth of an energy and the death of an energy.

In one of my meditation articles (link below), I describe a chakra humming meditation I do almost every day. I hum a note for 2 or more minutes, resonating it through each of my 7 body chakras. The lowest note I can comfortably manage is my Root Chakra. I them go up the scale to my Crown Chakra.

In addition, I spend about half a minute each on my Soul Star Chakra, above my head, and my Earth Star Chakra, below my body. For those, I imagine my energy extending out like a fountain up to the heavens above me and down to the Earth below me.

I have been doing that meditation for over 7 months now and it is one of my favorite things to do. A couple of weeks ago, I started adding a short channelings after each chakra meditation. I had not been channeling much lately (only about once a month), and this seemed like a good way to get back into it.

This is the message I received on December 27, 2021. Although not mentioned, the message relates to my Chakra Humming Meditation, which is why I described that first. (EG = my Energy Group/Higher Self Guides)

ME: I am seeking a message that is in my highest and best interest. Blessings to all who hear this message.

EG: Hello, Alan. Yes, it is us again, your Energy Group. We span the spectrum of universal energy. You see us as 30 to 50 beings. But we are infinite in number. We represent every energy that you, as a fractal of Source, have access to. And so, when you were calling upon Elan, Elan was one of those slivers on the spectrum of energy that creates this universe.

So, you can call on any being because any being is “you”. It is a sliver of the spectrum of the universe. Because you are the entire spectrum. You are calling upon that portion of yourself that radiates that energy, that frequency, that vibration.

You can talk to the entire universe. And, as you have written, you are only talking to yourself.

But of course, because of the way the 3rd Dimension is focused on duality, you have limited yourself, as has everyone in this 3rd Dimension. As has everyone in every dimension, except the narrowing is much stronger in this particular dimension (3D), being one of the lower dimensions for that particular purpose of experiencing a sliver rather than all.

There’s nothing bad about it (3D). Everything is good. Every dimension is good. It is the way the universe creates a diversity of experiences.

So, every time you channel a question, channel for a message, you are accessing a different sliver of the universe because the universe is in constant change. And you are in constant change. You are never the same being from one moment to the next. And the universe is never the same universe from one moment to the next.

Everything is in constant motion and change, driven by the polarities of positive and negative energies.

So that is why we prefer to not even use names. We have said this in the past. And we’re saying it again because every time you channel it will be a different sliver of energy. You could come up with a name every time, which is what you used to do at the very beginning when we first started communicating. But that is not necessary. It is somewhat of an unneeded use of energy.

Just think of us as energy expanding into your presence at this moment, in what you call time.

So, this is one way to see reality, to see how you are experiencing reality.

You are experiencing one energy after another energy, coming into existence, and fading out of existence. That is how you experience time — you experience the birth of an energy form and the death of an energy form.

You are experiencing the birth of your universe and the death of your universe in each moment.

Embrace the births. Celebrate the deaths. The deaths have brought you to where you are today. The births are bringing you into your present experience and creating a trajectory for the future for your future.

Each moment is a “Big Bang”, you could say, of energy.

Feel that energy.

Feel it pulsing through your body, through your chakras — Each chakra exploding into a new present moment.

Feel how that energy is creating your reality from your core being, from your core chakras, exploding outward, radiating life by creating forms and animating them.

Moment to moment, this is how you and every entity and being, physical and non-physical, in the universe creates its own reality.

Feel it!

EG: This is our message for you today. We love you. We love your experience because we are having the same experience.(*) — Namaste.

ME: Namaste.

(*) Someone asked about the meaning of that last statement. Here is my response:

In our current incarnation, we are a part of our Higher Self or Soul consciousness having an immersive 3D experience. We are the 3D eyes, ears, thoughts, and experiences of that higher consciousness or being. That higher consciousness is our more complete self that is beyond the limitations of our 3D incarnation. Channeling is one way to cross the barrier (or veil) between 3D and the higher/fuller being who we are.

It is like how some say that we are the eyes, ears, thoughts, and experiences of our planet Earth (or Mother Earth). We are not separate from Earth; we are the Earth. And we are not separate from our Guides/Higher Self/Soul; we are that higher dimensional self (or selves) having a 3D experience.
