America has found itself divided to a point where it looks like no return but life is not that finite. Everything and everyone changes at some point in life due to self or external circumstances.

Watching the news has been very stressful from mass shootings, Covid, cop killings, the Russian War, the rise of white supremacy and white nationalist groups, the insurrection, a former president recking havoc with lots of untruth around the country, Democracy threatened, GOP unethical, systemic racism, sexual abuse at churches, churches immersed in politics and this list is endless.

The country needs some good news from somewhere, anywhere will suffice. Too much bad news in the long term destroys one’s mental state of being moral and critical thinking.

During the most recent devastating mass shooting at Abbott Elementary school and the victims and their families demanded that President Biden do something and he advised he would. It does take more than empathy to heal the wounds of America. The wounds are so deep that a miracle will barely suffice.
