#poetry prompt: What new spaces would you like to create?

Grow and Reach for the Light | Photo by Meg Nielson on Unsplash

I train, by meditating — much like training in the gym.

To create space in my heart, and clarity in my mind; not to react, but to respond with calm.

At times I sprain myself, and succumb to a situation. But the aim is to keep training. And keep gaining.

Namaste! I’m Radhika. I’m trying hard to make space (in my daily schedule) for meditation. I’m calling this ‘time management’ to enable ‘thought management’.

Craving for some positivity and optimism? Do nibble on these pieces by Lucy, Shivangi, R.Rangan, and me.
