What’s something I left behind in the past?

“Overthinker. Worries a lot.” — That was me.

I used to be the biggest worrier, if there was a competition on worrying, I would win the gold, bronze and silver medal.

As a child, till I turned 22, I would even worry about the person I see at the grocery store.

I was a worry-holder. I know there is no such word, I made it up. Trust me, It fits perfectly.

I learned a lesson somehow.

It was a message meant to be delivered to me, so I overcome this “worry-self”, I used to be.

My dad told me his life and how it connected to destiny and fate, he is 50 now. He has faced difficulties more than I lived and he came out far greater than anyone thought to be.

Listening to his past, I realized, There is no need to overthink or worry.

Actions might have consequences but,

There is power in destiny.

Thank you for reading! Namaste!
