SEXUALITY & CREATIVITY
Don’t Waste Your Sexual Energy
Is sex filling a hole or filling a cup?

It’s More Than Sexual Satisfaction
Sexual energy is creative energy that can literally create life. It is one of the most potent energies we have in our bodies. The vibration of sexual energy is incredibly creating, mystically magical, and divinely sacred, but it isn't always used as such.
When you exchange sexual energy with a person, you are mixing your energy with this person. When you hardly know this person, you’re energetically mingling with them and you may take on energies you’re not aware of.
You could be creating soul ties and energetic chords which are very difficult to break.
If the sexual exchange is done mindlessly with people with unprocessed trauma and emotional baggage, you absorb those things without even knowing it. When this happens, you find that you feel lethargic, sluggish, and tired all the time. You feel you have little to no energy, even after a good night's sleep.
Your life force energy has been drained out of you right in front of your eyes.
We must understand the connections we make with other people and the vibration of the other person before we engage with them sexually.
When you continue to mix your sexual energy with that of others and you’re not aware of the energy and emotions they carry with them, you may leave with some toxic energy and gunk in your system.
The opposite is true. If you have positive energy and you exchange with someone with gunk, they leave with some of your positive energy leaving you with a bit of gunk.
You fill their cup, leaving yours empty.
When it happens too often with random people, you may be literally emptying your cup and getting back nothing but temporary satisfaction.
Sexual energy cannot be destroyed, but it can be transferred from person to person.
It’s a Merging of Two Souls and a Mixture of Energy
Before we hire someone to come and work for us, we do a background check to ensure this person we are bringing into our lives won’t harm us in any way. It’s high time we start doing the same for the people we have sex with and exchange sacred or not so sacred energy with.
The most important thing you can do for yourself is to draw boundaries when it comes to who you share and exchange sexual energy with. They may be hot, but underneath that hotness, may be gunk that dampers your energy.
When you become mindful of your sexual energy, you see sex as a spiritual act. As a merging of two souls.
If I must engage in sexual acts, I choose a person I feel comfortable and safe with. I choose someone that I really, really like, and have a genuine connection with. Someone who makes me feel loved. When someone makes me feel these things, it is a sign that our energies are compatible.
If there’s no such person available, I preserve my energy and use it for creative writing and other creative projects.
When you become mindful of your sexual energy, you see sex as a spiritual act. As a merging of two souls.
It’s Sacred Energy That Can Be Used for Just About Anything
When sex is with someone you love and have a special connection with, it's a different type of energy exchange and can be fulfilling for both partners.
The exchange between two people with positive energy in full cups becomes a positive exchange and therefore creates a positive experience long after the act itself is over.
Both people leave with their cups filled.
When sexual energy is replenished, there’s an increase in energy, making you feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and recharged.
Sexual energy is sacred energy and must be protected, preserved, or harnessed for creative projects like writing, painting, singing, making art, creating life, etc.
I use my sexual energy to manifest success and abundance and to focus on my goals, so I can manifest my dreams and desires.
It Can Be Used To Fill a Cup or a Hole
In some ancient traditions, they harnessed kundalini energy and what they did was to move creative, sexual energy from the sacral chakra and bring it up the spine into the top chakras to be used in powerful ways.
Knowing all of this about sexual energy, I stopped wasting my own and started harvesting it to create the life of my dreams. I stopped giving my energy away to people who had nothing to give, and instead, I used it to focus on my spiritual growth.
I stopped pouring and wasting and started harnessing and creating.
This isn't to make you feel afraid or guilty anytime you are sharing sexual energy with somebody; this is to empower you to be mindful and selective about who you do it with.
Choose those you actually know and trust.
If you want to test this out, try going 30 days without masturbating — which is the top way to waste sexual energy — or sleeping with people you don't know well enough. You'll notice a spike in your energy and in your creative juices.
If this proves hard to do, then maybe you seek validation or an ego boost from sexual encounters or you are using sex to fill some type of hole (no pun intended), and in that case, shadow work is necessary.
Sexual energy is a sacred, creative energy that can be used for pursuing your purpose, spiritual growth, and for manifesting the life of your wildest dreams.
Don’t waste it.
