Summary

The article discusses the historical evidence of Fred Trump's racism, including his discriminatory housing practices and his affiliation with the Ku Klux Klan, and how this influenced his son, Donald Trump.

Abstract

The article delves into the pervasive racism of Fred Trump, the father of former U.S. President Donald Trump. It highlights the culture of racism that Fred Trump instilled within his family and business practices, particularly in the context of housing discrimination against African Americans. The article references the work of Woody Guthrie, an artist known for his opposition to fascism, who wrote lyrics condemning Fred Trump's racist policies at his Beach Haven property. The FBI's release of a 400-page document in 2017, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, further sheds light on the discriminatory practices at Trump properties, leading to a 1975 lawsuit settlement requiring Trump's company to actively discourage discrimination. The article also touches on Fred Trump's involvement with the Ku Klux Klan, as reported by the New York Times in 1927, and the subsequent denials by Donald Trump. The piece concludes by emphasizing the abundance of evidence supporting the claim of Fred Trump's racist actions and the ineffectiveness of any attempts to conceal this history.

The discrimination between white and black has always been a problem for humanity.

However, the saddest part of it is that we see the worst of it in history, which is not too old, and when the world was moving towards betterment, when people were living with enough food and had proper roofs over their heads but from inside they were the same.

Racism has had no limits when it comes to who was into it, and it was found in everyone, no matter which classes the individual was from.

There have been many well-known people throughout history who were into black and white discrimination, and one of them was Fred Trump, the infamous father of one of the most well-known people on the planet Donald Trump.

Fred's racism is known by all, and there is enough material out there which proves that Mr Fred Trump was a racist man.

Grand Artist Who Became Specific About Fred Trump

It all began with Kaufman, a man who wrote a book on Guthrie, who was a musician.

Kaufman found something interesting while he was going through his notebook of Guthrie, in which he found lyrics which never come to light before.

Some of Guthrie's lyrics included words like Trump knows, racial hate, and Where no black ones come to roam! No, no! Old Man Trump!. Old Beach Haven ain't my home.

Old beach Haven was a building owned by Fred Trump. The building was built for World War 2 veterans, where they could have lived upon returning to their homeland.

According to Kaufman, things were rather bleak, and when Guthrie was signing his agreement, he didn't even know what he was getting himself into.

Not only did the building become a massive corruption story, but also it was a place full of racism, and according to one of Trump's biographers, it was described as selling homes to black in an area which belonged to whites.

To describe this, Guthrie used lines like color lines and a place where no black came to roam.

FBI Released The Documents Which Shed Light On Things That Were Not Yet Known By Many

In 2017 the FBI released a document of 400 pages in response to the Freedom of Information Act.

Documents were related to the investigation that was conducted in 1972 and 1974, and it was about the discrimination that took place at Trump properties.

Most of the files were of the conversations or interviews between agents and tenants, employees and applicants who were at Trump properties in New York City.

The lawsuit was settled in 1975 after Trump agreed to sign the decree.

The agreement required Trump's company to place advertisements to inform everyone is welcome to rent Trump properties, and no one will have to face any kind of discrimination ever again at the Trump properties.

Some of the letters that came to light included: a statement from a former doorman who worked at the Trump building in Brooklyn.

The man gave a handwritten letter to the FBI in which he was allegedly instructed to tell black people the rent is going to be twice as much as it really is.

Another man who worked as a rental supervisor at the Trump property on Staten Island, New York, claimed that Fred Trump told him not to rent any property to blacks and also to get rid of any blacks that were living in the building.

There were also numerous documents about racial discrimination that was a norm at Trump's properties.

One of the incidents that are reported in the document is when a black applicant was denied, and a white man's application was accepted immediately for the same apartment.

Another incident of the same quintessence happened at the Trump property in Brooklyn when a black lady was denied an apartment on rent even when the sign was up for an apartment for rent.

Later the same black lady was told by a part-time staff member that she would never be given an apartment because you are black.

A former superintendent who worked with Trump's Management at Lawrence Towers apartments claims the administration had different rules for blacks and whites.

Most of the blacks were sent to the central office, where they were often rejected because of their finances or because their applications were left to be judged later, something that was never done.

Fred Trump And Ku Klux Klan

The Ku Klux Klan is a domestic terrorist organization which is known for using violence, intimidation and murder to maintain white supremacy, and Fred Trump was a member of it.

The story of Fred Trump’s involvement with the KKK was unraveled on a famous website by Matt Blum, where he shared a disenchanting snip from the New York Times from June 1927 that had Fred Trump’s name written in the list of seven people who were arrested that day because of the clash that took place between cops and Klansmen.

After the article came to light, Donald Trump denied it repeatedly, but none of that was working because the truth was already out, and all the efforts that were being made to cover it up were just not working for him.

Final Words

There is enough evidence out there that suggests; that the father of Donald Trump was a whitest, and he did all that he could to support his cause of white supremacy. Now any effort to cover it up is going to be in vain.

The only thing that could help would be something that would help the cause of a racism-free society.
