Equality in society is one of my crucial personal and professional goals. Equality plays a critical role in our mental health. I want to support all cultures, nations, genders, religions, and philosophies. As long as writers write ethically and within Medium rules, I publish stories with no censorship.

The core values of my publications are diversity, equality, inclusion, and collaboration. Both ILLUMINATION and ILLUMINATION-Curated host hundreds of stories on these topics.

I am pleased that several top writers contribute to these two publications. Their stories get curated by Medium, gain substantial visibility, and some of them even go viral.

My vision is to represent every race, nation, and culture by giving voice to writers who want to share their thoughts, feelings, opinions, experience, expertise, and aspirations to deal with racism effectively and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.

I am excited several experienced writers writing about racism, equality, and diversity topics sharing their voices in my publications.

For example, engaging and insightful stories of Rebecca Stevens A., Steve QJ, Dr. Dion, Melissa-Jane Nguyen, Myriam Ben Salem🦋, Jeanette C. Espinoza, Julia E Hubbel, Brian Abbey, Holly Kellums, EP McKnight, MEd, Fatim Hemraj, Nicole Chardenet, Dr. Deborah M. Is This Medium Survey Racist And Ageist? Or Am I Missing Something?

This survey concerned me about Medium’s approach to its and our future. In my opinion, this survey does not show any diversity by obviously filtering based on age and country. It seems to be designed by inexperienced people. These two disqualifying questions are the least important factors for choosing people from my decades of experience in content strategy, development, and marketing.

This story by Steve QJ is going viral on ILLUMINATION-Curated.

This is a story I read second time today. I am pleased that this story gained substantial visibility. It is now trending with thousands of views on ILLUMINATION-Curated and reaching a viral state. The story was curated by Medium on 3 February 2020. I loved this paradoxical title. The title tells a lot. It is unique, attractive, and meaningful. “Anti-Racism” Is Becoming Troublingly Racist : You might think it’s helping, but it’s not. Here is a short excerpt from this outstanding story.

Treating ‘Black’ People Equally is The Quickest Way to be called a “Racist”.

As a new writer Jaja Requa brings a fresh outlook to Medium. She joined Illumination Integrated Publications and meaningfully engages with the writers and readers. This story provides a remarkable perspective to racism, equality, and diversity.
