In my past posts, I’ve chatted about all sorts of Overwatch stuff, and you can find those links down below.

But today, I’ve got some juicy info about a fresh Overwatch 2 leak that spilled the beans on a brand-new map and a potential mashup with Diablo.

So, there’s been quite the buzz in the Overwatch 2 community lately, thanks to a juicy leak that’s dropped some tantalizing hints about what’s in store for Season 7. I mean, Overwatch 2 Season 6 has been pretty epic so far, right?

We got PvE story missions, the awesome new Support hero Illari, and don’t even get me started on the Flashpoint game mode. It’s been a wild ride since August, but guess what? It’s almost time for Season 7 to swoop in and take the reins.

Now, don’t get too excited just yet because Blizzard is playing coy with the details of Overwatch 2 Season 7. They’re keeping us in suspense, but they did throw a little teaser our way.

Word on the street is that we might be in for some hero balance changes, including a makeover for Roadhog and Sombra. We’re gonna have to twiddle our thumbs until they drop the official Season 7 announcement.

But wait, there’s more! You know how leaks have a way of slipping through the cracks, right? Well, Overwatch 2 Season 7 leaks are all over the internet, and they’ve got us buzzing with excitement. These leaks hint at a spanking new Control map called Tupua.

Yup, you read that right, a Control map! And it’s apparently gonna be Samoan-themed. Now, here’s where things get interesting: folks are connecting the dots and speculating that the long-rumored Tank hero Mauga might finally make his debut. But hold your horses, because Mauga isn’t explicitly mentioned in the leak. Sneaky, right?

They’re dropping hints about some spooktacular skins that could be headed our way just in time for Halloween. We’re talking Mythic Onryo Hanzo, Ghost Bride Widowmaker, and Victorian Doll Echo skins. I don’t know about you, but I’m all in for some eerie and stylish hero makeovers.

And that’s not all! Brace yourselves for a potential Diablo 4 crossover event featuring the enigmatic Lilith. Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t spill all the beans on this one, so we’re left craving more.

But here’s the deal: don’t bet your loot boxes on these leaks just yet. It’s entirely possible that they’re as fake as a cardboard turret. Sure, the leaked stuff sounds totally in line with what we’d expect for Overwatch 2 Season 7, especially with the annual Halloween Terror event looming on the horizon. Those skins seem like a no-brainer.

As for the Tupua map and Mauga’s possible arrival, well, that’s been a rumor mill favorite ever since Mauga first graced us with his presence in the Baptiste short story. So, it’s not crazy to think Blizzard might be cooking something up.

But let’s keep it real here, friends. Mauga was nowhere to be seen in those leaked images, and just because we might be getting a Samoan map, it doesn’t guarantee our boy Mauga is ready to step into the limelight.

Final Words

Hang tight, Overwatch 2 fans, because the end of Season 6 is just around the corner. That means the official details about Season 7 should be dropping soon.

We’ll know then if these leaks have merit or are just blowing smoke. Fingers crossed for some epic surprises!
