15*15 CREATIVITY EXERCISE SERIES — BONUS(16)

Design your own 15 exercises for creativity and imagination

This is your opportunity to create your own creative adventures

Ladies and gentlemen;

This has been a fascinating journey.

In this series (15*15), I have designed and presented you with 15 adventures and challenges over the course of the last 15 days.

The goal of these challenges was to help you expand your imagination and exercise your muscles of creativity.

I have developed all these challenges in real-time — I hope you did enjoy and benefit from these exercises.

You can find the digital collection of all the previous 15 challenges below:

As you see above, it has been quite a ride.

We have had a diverse set of challenges including storytelling, brainstorming, screenwriting, inventing, branding, advertising, innovating, doodling, creating art, songwriting, cooking, designing clothes, and dancing.

In each challenge, our aim was to expand our creative muscles 15 times. Each challenge takes about 1.5 to 2 hours (or a bit more), depending on how deep you want to delve.

If you seek creative challenges you can easily implement every week, you can commit to each of these adventures every week. You will then finish all the challenges in less than four months.

It is important to start small and treat these creative challenges as pure-play and fun. They are small experiments in imagination and creativity. They work much better if you stop judging your results and start enjoying the process. You will instantly jump in the water without thinking. Thinking too much hurts your creativity because it paralyzes you. Every creative move starts with taking a leap of faith into the unknown. Each time you jump into the unknown, this makes you adventurous, open, and creative.

Your challenge: Design your own 15 exercises for creativity and imagination

Now, it is your turn. You will design your own adventures.

In this challenge, I want you to create 15 exercises to develop your own creativity and imagination.

You might also use this as an opportunity to create your own series and exercises to help others unleash their own creativity.

What could be your exercises or adventures?

Please come up with 15 ideas. Dump your brain with lots of options, ideas, and alternatives.

You can doodle, write, or sketch as you wish.

A curation of best films on creativity

I will continue today’s post with a list of wonderful videos and films on creativity.

Below are my favorites: I have included trailers of my favorite (iconic) movies that enlarge imagination and creativity.

These films beautifully capture the talents and passions of creative icons, artists, and moviemakers of our times.

They will inspire you and elevate you to new heights.

It is a list of pretty amazing movies. Enjoy!

Along with this bonus exercise, we have now finished 15*15 creative exercise journeys.

I loved creating this series — I hope you enjoyed it as well.

I am hoping to design a new series with new challenges for you in the future.

I hope we can all be imaginative and creative every day in our lives.

Thanks.
