The Good Doctor

Born in Northern Ireland in 1947, Nigel ‘Sam' Neill moved to New Zealand with his family at the age of seven. He attended a boy’s academy where he found acting as well as a means to help with his stutter.
“Failure is never quite so frightening as regret.”
His career in acting began in the 70s with television movie roles in New Zealand. Sam then did film work in Australia and on to America where he joined a star-studded cast in The Hunt for Red October. Sam Neill is best known as Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park film franchise.
