Today, I noticed I was low in vibration. How do you know you are low in vibration? You don’t feel good when your vibration is low. You feel anxious, depressed, sluggish, etc.
The old me would have just ignored my low vibration and started to tackle my to-do list. Now that I’ve decided to manifest my dream life, I knew that was not going to work. When you are not in alignment with your Inner Being, you won’t see good results, no matter how many things on your to-do list you conquer.
I decided to do whatever it takes to boost my mood and raise my vibration before I started working on anything else. I put on my favorite music and danced and sang for 15 minutes. It made me feel happier. Well, of course, it did! There’s nothing like dancing to good music to boost your mood.
What to Do When You Are Low in Vibration?
When your vibration is low and you don’t feel good, stop and do whatever it takes to make yourself feel better.
For me, nothing boosts my mood like dancing and singing to good music. It works instantly. Just thinking positive thoughts doesn’t work for me if I’m not in a good place. Music has the power to lighten even the darkest corners of my mind.
Progress
I notice I’m starting to break my old habits. I recognized my low vibration and made raising my vibration a priority. Instead of ignoring my low vibration, I took action to make myself feel better.
