Day 1–100 Days 100 Ways of Manifesting My Dream Life
I needed to reconnect with myself before I was ready for this journey.

Many years ago, I bought a book called “Law of Attraction” by Michael Losier in a new age book store. I forgot about the book and it lay useless in my closet.
Years later I decided to clear my clutter and found the book. Even though I hadn’t even read the book, I decided to keep it. Something about the book still attracted me. And I finally read it.
I learned that there is a universal law called the law of attraction. According to this law, you attract the things you give your focus and attention to. This happens regardless of whether you want the thing you focus on or not.
I decided to use the law of attraction to manifest everything I wanted. I read more law of attraction books, watched law of attraction videos, and tried different manifesting techniques.
I Needed to Reconnect with Myself Before I Was Ready for This Journey
Looking back, it’s clear that I haven’t been consistent enough with my manifesting.
Manifesting is not about using different techniques. The manifesting techniques don’t work if they don’t make you feel good. The most important thing is to notice how you feel. When you feel good, you attract what you desire. When you feel bad, you attract unwanted things.
I don’t think I was ready to change my life a couple of years ago or even a year ago. That’s why I didn’t make it. But I’ve learned a lot about myself. For a long time, I didn’t even recognize my own emotions. It might be because I didn’t know who I was. I rediscovered myself when I was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome and attention deficit disorder at the age of 28.
I was also on SSRIs for years. They blocked my emotions. I wasn’t depressed but I didn’t feel other emotions either. Now I’m in an SSRI withdrawal process and my emotions have awakened again.
I’m reconnecting with myself and my emotions. I think I needed to get to this point before I could really begin the journey of manifesting my dream life.
Manifesting Is All About Feeling Good in the Present Moment
Now I feel I’m ready for a change. That’s why I’m starting this 100-day project of manifesting my dream life. This is a good way to hold myself accountable.
Outside energy can interfere with the manifesting, so I’m not sharing a very detailed list of the things I aim to manifest. However, I can say that my focus is on the financial side of my life. During the 100 days, I will talk about some techniques that are good for manifesting money.
Manifesting is all about feeling good in the present moment. You can’t wait for the day you achieve the thing that you want. You won’t achieve it if you’re not in alignment with it now. Feel like you already have it all, and you will have it all.
That is my challenge. Changing my mindset so that I feel good in the present moment. By doing so, I will manifest my dream life.
I Want 100 Days of Consistency to Make Manifesting a Habit
I did think of other ideas for a 100-day project. But it only really made sense to focus on the law of attraction. Because that is the tool to help me succeed in every project of life with a happier and-result.
The purpose of this project is to make manifesting a habit. To live a happier life by being in daily contact with my Inner Being.
These are some of the methods I’m planning to use to reach my goal:
- Affirmations
- Yoga and meditation
- Mindfulness
- Self-reflection through writing
- Doing more things that bring me joy
I’m going to share detailed information on the law of attraction and manifesting during the next 100 days. While diving deep into the law of attraction I will report my progress.
Progress
Paying attention to the way I feel is an important part of this process. Writing down my thoughts on day 1 made me feel relieved and less anxious. This is wonderful because you want to aim for a sense of relief. Not faking to feel better but doing something that actually makes you feel better.
I have a feeling that even the daily writing on this project is going to help me with my manifesting. Writing is not only a tool to reach a goal. The writing itself is healing.
