Compliments are the Greatest Booster Shots for Writers
Every Reader or Editor who gives a writer a compliment encourages him or her to keep on writing for change in the world.
Thank you B. A. Cumberlidge. for featuring me in The Weekend Content Spotlight for Illumination Curated.

I woke up this morning to get yet another awesome confidence booster, my work was selected in Terry’s Selections. Thank you, Terry L. Cooper
As writers, we need to know that someone is reading our work somewhere. There are times when every writer needs that little bit of encouragement to know that readers are taking the time to read their work.

I appreciate all the feedback that I can get from my readers and Editors. Sometimes feedback may sound negative but criticism is also helpful. Ultimately, it is up to the writer to decide for herself if she can benefit in some tiny way from the words of the critic.

Compliments are great boosters for every writer, it is the jet fuel in the literary jet-pack of every literary Rocketeer who wants to make a difference in the world through his or her writings.
If you are a writer, offer compliments to other writers as well. If you are an avid reader take the time to offer both compliments and criticism to the writers you love, both will be appreciated.
With criticism, a writer will know how to improve his work and with compliments, the writer will know that they are doing the job well.
Keep writing for change and changing through writing by transforming yourself into a better writer.
