Check Out This Cool New Gaming Handheld From Chinese Company Ayaneo
This new handheld gaming console does everything.

In some of my past stories, I’ve chatted about all sorts of stuff related to handheld gaming gadgets. You can find the links to those stories below.
But in this post, I wanna talk about this super awesome new thing from a Chinese company called Ayaneo.
So, while Valve has been doing its Steam Deck thing, there’s this Chinese company called Ayaneo that’s been pretty low-key but making some badass gaming handhelds.
Seriously, they’ve been dropping premium PC-based gadgets that put even the likes of the Asus ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go to shame. But guess what? The game’s about to change with the Ayaneo Slide — a total head-turner, folks!
Now, I know everyone’s been buzzing about the Nintendo Switch 2 lately, talking about its PS4-level powers and possible ray-tracing magic, but hold up — when the Slide hits the scene, you might just forget all about that.
When this baby drops, you can grab it on Indiegogo for pre-orders. They’re boasting a 6-inch 1080p “floating screen.” Why’s it floating, you ask? Well, because it can slide up to reveal a full-blown keyboard! Once you lay eyes on the pics and videos, you’ll be singing the same tune.
Now, let’s dive into the specs. This beast is packing an AMD Ryzen 7 784OU chipset and gets its juice from a 45.63Wh battery. The touchscreen rocks a brightness of 400 nits, which is pretty darn impressive. Oh, and don’t forget those stereo speakers, the X-axis linear motor, and a 6-axis gyroscope — all the bells and whistles you’d expect.
But the real magic lies in those Hall-sensing joystick and trigger controls, designed to kick stick drift to the curb. Say goodbye to wonky controls! And if that’s not enough, they’ve thrown in custom-designed heat dissipation, not one but two USB-C ports, SSD storage, and a high-speed microSD card slot. Ayaneo’s going all-in on this one.
Now, here’s the cherry on top: it runs on the brand’s very own operating system, Ayaspace 2. It’s like Windows 11 but with an Ayaneo twist. It lets you import your game libraries from other services, like Steam. That’s a win-win for gamers everywhere.
Final Words
Now, before you start raiding your piggy bank, there is currently no info on pricing or availability deets.
But here’s the deal, the Ayaneo 2, without the keyboard, starts at over a grand, so don’t expect this beauty to come cheap.
We’ll keep our ears to the ground for more info. I reckon most of us will have our eyes glued to this one. Stay tuned, folks!
