Can Your Heart Speak?

To get rid of the pain, I must let my heart speak!

They say the best part of humanity comes from the heart. Where does the worst part come from?

Kindness is linked to our heart. Pain is linked to our heart. In my culture, if you are cruel, Jamaicans say, “You have no heart.” Others say your heart is empty. Some would say your heart is cold.

Our world needs kindness like the body needs water. Humanity relies on the kindness of family, friends, and strangers. Heck, sometimes our enemies unconsciously hand us kindness. I managed to turn my enemies' negative intentions, actions, choices, and decisions into positive solutions, winning the race they expected me to lose.

I pay for the kindness I give and share with humanity. My kind intentions have brought me more pain than anything else in my life.

I don’t understand how anyone could be unaware of the value and power of kindness. I have met humans that the kindness they accept, use, and need to improve their situation and life, had no value.

This is terrifying to me.

For years I allowed humans to use, abuse, and take advantage of my positive and generous actions, choices, and decisions, in my need to give joy, love, honesty, and understanding. Along with all the goodness humanity needs to function, live, and exist in a world with peace, love, and unity.

Hatred, cruelty, anger, sorrow, rage, greed, all negative elements or emotions prevent us from functioning effectively, productively, healthy, happy, and good. All that is going on in our hearts, say it is thinking. Negatively for some.

Positively for others.

I believe that my heart thinks. But it couldn’t speak.

All of what humanity has done to every kind heart in our world, if it is good, hearts are happy.

If it’s bad, it’s time for your heart to speak.

Pain demands that my heart speak.

My culture doesn’t like outspoken people. Jamaicans who don’t take crap from anyone are feared and disliked.

I have a choice. I can bottle the pain and it eventually murders me, or I let my heart speak.

I had to fight for everything I wanted in life. After a certain age, you don’t want to fight anymore. Refusing to fight doesn’t mean you have given up. It means some battles aren’t worth fighting. It also means some things must stop.

To get rid of the pain, I must let my heart speak.

I have created a Journal.

If Your Heart Could Speak, What Would It Say?

This journal will help your heart to speak. I intend to put fifty different hearts in, along with three pages allowing your heart to speak. No lines are in it to remove boundaries. If three pages aren’t enough I could add more. I intend to make this journal available for sale on February 14th. St. Valentine's Day. It will be available on Draft2Digital, Amazon, and other Platforms.

My son is creating the cover. I am working on an affordable price.

Our hearts need a voice that will heal us and others.

IF YOUR HEART COULD SPEAK, WHAT WOULD IT SAY!
