Breathing Meditation by Gabriella

Breathe with me through the light for your health

When you practice breathing, I would like you to use this method. Slowly breathe in for the count of four to your lungs and keep moving the air down to your belly, gently hold your breath for the count of four, slowly breath out on the count of four and hold your breath to the count of four. Repeat this process every time you are doing your breathing during this meditation exercise. Focus on the feeling of your breath, the air going in and out of your lungs.

I would like you to close your eyes and find a comfortable position and let’s start with taking a few nice deep breaths. While are you breathing in and out observe the sound within your body, gently focus on feeling your breath.

I would like you to set your intention on your health goals. Pick one goal that is the most important to you. Continue with nice gentle breathing. Now I would like you to gently scan your body notice if you feel hot or cold move your fingers and toes a little. See how they feel. It is all right if your mind wanders, let it go wherever your mind leads you.

Now that we have done some deep breathing, I would like you to think of the sun. I would like you to imagine the gentle sunrise touching your body like a scan imagine the sunrise starting just above your head and gently going down through your body and then illuminating your whole body.

I would like you to continue to take some nice deep breaths and feel breathing in the energy from the sun and bringing it into your body just like the outside ways as you are breathing in imagine the light energy from the sun going through your body to reach every single organ and cell within your body.

Feel the energy of the sun rays going through your body to open up yourselves direct light love and energy in your cells and organs responding to the energy with positivity, happiness, and joy.

I would like you to continue to take a few nice deep breaths, feel the energy going through your body and now I would like you to say these words after me:

I am the light. I belong here. I am being the light that comes from everywhere. I am being the light that comes from within.
