By using Jasper AI, and as long as you follow the rules and these terms, you basically have unlimited permissions to use the images commercially. For more legalese, subject to these commercial terms and our Terms of Service, you have a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and create derivative works based on those images.
If you’re a digital artist or blogger, all of the images generated by Jasper Art are now yours to use as you please, with a few restrictions. However, there are some things you need to keep in mind. Here’s everything you need to know about using Jasper Art images for commercial purposes:
Why Did the Jasper Team Make This Change?
