Why are BootCamps great for you?
According to Mayo Clinic’s research, a well-structured boot camp workout can help you meet physical activity recommendations for healthy adults.

- BootCamps are full body.
Ahh, BootCamps! Your whole body gets to work. Upper body, lower body, core, you name it. Every part of you gets the attention it deserves. Even the brain, when we do coordination exercises.
2. BootCamps are useful. Functional, they call it.
It makes you ready for real-life activities. You become eager to move more. You have that itch to scratch. You have more energy, you are stronger, you know how to move right and safe. Lifting furniture, carrying groceries, climbing stairs. Making love. Yes, your sex appetite goes up, up, up… with a fish!
3. BootCamps are social.
You’re doing it together with your training partners. You motivate and support each other. It promotes trust and friendship. Camaraderie, they call it.
4. BootCamps make you happier.
The feelings you have after every class. They are success, completion and release. Yes, you might struggle during a class, yet are happy it’s over. That’s great for mental health.
Why do I love BootCamps as a trainer?
- I love hearing ‘Thank you, that was fun’
- I love hearing ‘That was hard. I’ve done it!’
- I love seeing happy faces
- I love seeing my students change
- I love my students referring me to their friends
All these loves make me want to do BootCamps again. I know my work means a lot to my students. It keeps my fire going. I can inspire my students every day.
