Elder swinger friends of ours tell tales of the days they could only meet other lifestyle friends at key parties or by placing ads in the personals section of the local newspaper. While the spontaneity of meeting a couple at an LS club, house party, or meet and greet is great, the vast majority of swingers meet their sexual partners online these days.

Each swinger dating site is a bit different from the next. The following is a list of our favorite dating sites, including the pros and cons of each. This is just our opinion, so take it as it is. In the end, like everything else in the LS, you have to find the right fit for you!

SwingLifeStyle

One of the biggest and best swinger dating sites has to be SwingLifeStyle. According to Dating Scout, SLS has roughly 250,000 members in the United State and over 16 million members around the world. In the U.S., it is very popular — particularly in the northeast and eastern seaboard. SLS is also among the very first swingers dating sites.

SLS has an easy-to-use interface with multiple chat forums, event listings, groups, and messaging system. Each profile has the ability to list detailed descriptions, what you are looking for, the ability to video chat with other members, and spots for multiple picture albums. Membership prices vary — with one-month membership costing around $14.95 and a lifetime membership at $149.95 according to BestDatingSites.

While SLS is a great site for finding other swingers, it has a few drawbacks as well. One of them being the fact that the site is down a lot for “updates,” during which profiles can’t be accessed. Another being that many of the groups are outdated. This carries over into profiles, too. Birthdays are not automatically updated, so be leery of people’s ages when cruising sexy friends.

Kasidie

Sleek and sexy, Kasidie is the shiny thing in couples dating websites. Dating Scout put Kasidie at having roughly 150,000 members in the United States. Based out of Las Vegas, Kasidie has a strong west coast following. However, it has been steadily growing in the midwest and eastern US, and Canada.

Kasidie has listings for travel, club events and has the ability for couples to post a sexy “rendezvous” when they are feeling extra frisky. If LS events are your thing, then Kasidie is certainly worth a look! Like SLS, Kasidie also has a great messaging feature and the added ability to send another couple a “flirt.” BestDatingSites has memberships at $19.95 for one month and a 6-mont membership at $129.95.

One downside of Kasidie is that there is almost too much going on with the interface. There is an endless amount of tabs that even the most skilled internet user might have a hard time finding all of its features (me I’m talking about me). If you live on the eastern seaboard of the U.S. or internationally, Kasidie has a limited number of couples. While this is changing, if you are seeking the goldmine of couples to choose from, unless you live on the west coast of the United States, you might want to look elsewhere.

SDC

Swingers Date Club is another resource for lifestylers looking to meet up with others of shared interest. SDC has more than 3 million users worldwide according to BestDatingSites. The website seems to have a strong following throughout the United States and into Canada. Best Dating Sites breaks down membership prices, “1-month plan for $29.95, a 3-month plan for $59.95, a 5-month plan for $99.95, a 6-month plan for $149.95, a 12-month plan for $250.”

SDC allows members to list their sexual preferences, tastes, and orientations. Members can give other members private access codes to view their private albums, which is very convenient. SDC’s “friends” feature lets couples send other profiles friend requests and open up a dialogue for in-person interactions.

This site is one of the harder-to-use swinger dating sites as far as ease of the website. It has very clunky and somewhat hard to navigate. The messaging system is even worse — it can be hard to tell when you have new messages, etc.

Double Date Nation

A newcomer to the swinger dating experience, Double Date Nation is the brainchild of lifestyle personalities Dave and Andi. According to the website, membership runs for $19.99/ month, a quarter package of 3-months for $49.99, or a year-long membership for $149.99.

DDN has a beautiful, easy-to-use interface. It is arguably the best on the list for this! Included in membership, is an extensive “interest level” quiz that gives others insight into your play style. Some other neat features include a selfie wall and the ability to post a travel notification so that you may meet other swingers on vacation.

The only real downside to Double Date Nation is that it is still pretty small. The majority of its demographic is in the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. When I tried to find how many members were signed up, I wasn’t able to find any info. With all of this said, DDN is definitely worth checking out, and once its user numbers increase it will probably skyrocket to the top of the list!

Finding new swinger friends doesn’t have to be hard. Gone are the days of only meeting other couples are events or via an ad in the personals. Swinglifestyle, Kasidie, SDC, and Double Date Nation are just a few of the better dating sites/apps to meet other couples that swing. Each site is slightly different than the next with some better in certain areas than others. The key is to find the one that works best for your budget, geographical area, and play styles.

Consider signing up for each of them and giving them a trial run. A month-long membership to each should give you enough time to see if the juice is worth the squeeze. It is important to keep in mind that like all things, there is not a one size fits all lifestyle dating site. Every couple prefers certain sites to others, and that’s okay.
