Beauty in a Supermarket Bouquet
Day 84: When you give yourself grace and accept life, your day shines

Yesterday I went to the store to pick up a few things. I decided to give myself some joy in the form of a bouquet. I picked out some lovely mums of yellow, deep purple, and orange. Their beauty in fall colors brought a smile to my face. It was a day of celebration because life is glorious every day. I am learning as I let go and accept, the universe is there to give me the gifts of love and hope. I am grateful to be on this 100-day spiritual journey exploring the book Letting Go by David R. Hawkins.
My heart lit up when I heard the news! My letters and messages arrived. My words told the truth, and the letters shared my heart. I learned some lessons by surrendering in the past few days. When we let go, we let possibility, love, and understanding come into our lives. When we let go of all of the guilt, negativity, and resentment, we are rewarded many times over with the lightness we feel in our hearts.
In the state of acceptance, there is the feeling that nothing needs to be changed. Everything is perfect and beautiful the way it is. The world is to be enjoyed. -David R. Hawkins

The process of surrender is not easy. It means that we must release all of those feelings that our ego holds tight to. Those things that we are ashamed to admit; help us to feel better and more righteous. However, negativity does not serve us, and it does not create loving relationships with others. It presents false images of those close to us. They are only doing the best they can, with what their spirit has to work with right now, just like us.
The way people appear to us from this space is that everyone is actually doing the best they can with what they have at the moment. We see that all life is evolving towards its perfection, and we are in sync with the laws of the universe and consciousness. -David R. Hawkins
From today onward, I choose to make surrender a daily practice. I believe it is a process that takes time, patience, and focus. This recent experience taught me that life is fleeting, and we must show everyone how much love we have in our hearts for them. We block our own joy by hanging on too tight to our past pain. This moment is all that we have, so let’s make the most of it. Let’s open our hearts to possibilities by surrendering.
We discover that this lovingness is our inner nature and that it appears spontaneously and automatically when the blocks are removed. -David R. Hawkins
My prayer and my intention for you today is that you find joy in your heart. Give yourself grace today. Enjoy today’s beauty! Reach out to someone you love. Do something nice for yourself and find the possibility in this universe!
How can you give yourself joy today?
