Be Gentle With the Sheets of Emotions Coming Through
A newsletter from Gentleness Ambassadors
“But Sheets of Emotion Leaving Us was a very strong, emphasized message from my guides, that you might just be experiencing enormous, emotional waves that don’t make a lot of sense or that you can’t necessarily pin on anything going on in your life — you’re just feeling very emotional, and it can overtake you. Whenever these sheets of emotion move through you and they feel personal, it’s not just you feeling empathy for other people or feeling heartbreak for other people, it’s a very (almost) surreal experience of suddenly this flush moving through your body.” ~ Lee Harris in his October 2022 Energy Update
I’ve been feeling a lot of annoyance, irritation, rage, and this pain of being heartbroken being released through my loved ones and me. It felt unexpected and sudden, like how Lee described it as ‘Sheets of Emotions.’
If you’ve been experiencing this and are troubled by it, Lee suggests asking, “What’s going on with all of us?”. It’s an experience shared with the collective to make way for the new. I hope that this perspective helps you feel safer and more reassured.
Writing Prompt — How do you process these sheets of emotions?
As readers and writers, perhaps writing to share our specific tips to process these sheets of emotions and reading about it from other writers can help support all of us to move through this phase with more ease and reassurance.
I would love to read about your various experiences, insights, and tips!

My Biggest Misconception About Gentle Parenting
It’s part of our normal development for kids to have occasional meltdowns. Even adults have meltdowns to help us cope with our changing realities.
The difference is, how we as parents deal with our response to their meltdowns, co-regulate with their nervous systems, and guide them towards holding space for themselves as they mature over time.
I Wore a Crop Top and Filmed Myself Dancing
I didn’t challenge my limiting belief that only flat and toned bellies deserve to be seen in crop tops. But I was celebrating how my belly was less flabby by wearing the crop top. This limiting belief I’ve carried for so long is starting to lose its hold on me with my gentle action and celebration of my action.
This, to me, is gentleness in action.
What Gentle Power Feels Like for Me
But I felt disturbed and disappointed whenever I saw these fighting scenes where powerful energies are used for destroying. Why would I want to destroy my world if I had this power? That feels so meaningless to me.
There are also other scenes where energy is portrayed as magical, light, and joyful. These energies make people float in delight and see their world through the lens of Wonder. Ah… This is the kind of power I’d love to have.
Thank you for being a part of the Gentleness Ambassadors publication. We look forward to publishing, reading, and sharing all your stories and poetry on Gentleness :)
With love and gratitude, Bingz and Camille
