Back in MediumTown

And what an adventure!

I don’t quite know why I left, but here I am — back in the saddle again!

As someone who writes on Medium daily, my unplanned and unwanted adventure away from MediumTown took some getting used to. I missed my Medium friends!

By the grace of the Medium gods, my exile is now over.

The Most Inopportune Time

In the weeks leading up to my departure, I started a publication — Spot On.

I had almost 90 stories.

I JUST had my second Boost a day before. It amounted to roughly 200 views before I went offline.

I had momentum. I loved being here, and I honestly still don’t know what I did wrong.

Tiptoeing Forward

Because I haven’t been told what I did or why my exile is over, I’ll be walking on eggshells.

Believing that my exile would be permanent, I started taking my stories off of Medium. So, now I have a total of 25 stories. It’s like starting over.

I wish I could offer some advice to you about how to not get exiled from MediumTown, but I honestly have zero insights.
