Some practices can be used to stop you from ejaculating quickly. While others help to support your non-ejaculation practice.

Depending on the method, some can be used during sex or masturbation.

Stopping

Stopping is otherwise known as the stop-start technique. You cease the physical movement of what you are doing. This is either when self-pleasuring (masturbating) or during sex.

This technique aims to stop to allow your arousal level to decrease so you don’t ejaculate.

If you are self-pleasuring, remove your hand, even if momentarily, and allow your sexual arousal level to decrease.

During sex, you simply stop. You can either stay inside her, or you can withdraw completely.

  3. Inhale through your nose and direct the breath to below the navel. You will feel your hand move forward your abdomen expands.
  4. Exhale through your nose. As the abdomen contracts, your hand will follow.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 ten to twenty times.
