Are we worthy of the kindness nature has shown us?

If soil dies…

Imagine a world devoid of goodness,

not a single person left has kindness in their heart.

People, oh there will be many in that world,

but what good is it to live in a world filled with nothing but bitterness,

a world plagued by hunger or worse famine.

Would you want to let your children live in a world like that?

No?

Then why would you not speak up when our soil is at the verge of dying?

These ripe fruits and delicious vegetables we so enjoy eating today,

are just like the good people with kind hearts.

If soil dies;

believe me it will if we do nothing about it.

There will be no tree left to feed us the kindness we so crave to survive.

Humans who have forsaken all forms of civility ready to tear each other apart to get their hands on the only food that they can find.

This is all that will be left of us.

This is based on the prompt for day 16- Ripe. It’s an effort from my side to create awareness of the soil crisis we are facing right now. Soil crisis is real, and it is not a distant danger anymore. Let’s save soil before it’s too late to reverse the damages we have already done #100daysforsoil #consciousplanet #savesoil #savesoilmovement
