Admit It, Which One of Y’all Broke Medium’s Piggybank?

…while I was away nursing a head injury..

As advised by the doctor, I have to increase my screen time gradually, so when some of my writer friends tagged me in their articles, I decided to read them, and holy moly! What have y’all done to Medium? Why are we earning peanuts now?

I checked my own stats and true enough, I’ve only been earning a few cents daily. Did someone get boosted so much that all our pennies go to that fellow? Who is it? Let me be your new best friend! I need some dollars to pay for my medical bills.

Guys, given my concussion and all that jazz (please read my previous article, I’ve got no energy to insert a link and besides, y’all don’t click on links), I can’t be stressed about anything now, let alone Medium earnings, so someone better fess up. Did one of you steal from Medium’s piggy bank? We need to search your backpacks. Everyone, please line up in a straight line and empty your backpacks.

I might not be able to reply to everyone’s comments as I prefer to save my energy to read your articles instead. At least you’ll earn 9 cents from my efforts. I really don’t have the energy to stalk anyone’s profile now, except if you’re my writer crush, but he doesn’t like publicity so I won’t let you know who he is. Or does he even exist and it’s just my brain speaking in tongues through brain fog?
