Welcome to Code Like A Girl, a space that celebrates breaking down society’s perceptions of women in technology. We believe that by providing women and girls with strong female role models we will be able to tip the gender ratio scale in tech. We hope to achieve this by amplifying the voices of women and their allies! We want to amplify your voice. We are looking for stories take a positive look at how we can change society’s perceptions on women in tech, and how we can promote and encourage girls to consider careers in technology.
Let us all celebrate our Lady Pieces. Bummer disclaimer: everything is a joke. This is satire. We’re trying to make a funny. Please don’t do any of the things we say. Please do not use a vaginal douche as a NetiPot or vice versa. Hateful comments will be laughed at over drinks with our friends.
A place where writing moms can connect and share: their writing products and process, favorite recipes and meal planning tips, lessons learned along the parenting journey, and other relationship struggles and successes. Life isn’t meant to be lived alone.
This is a space to empower differences, tell our stories, and share our lives together. We will not be silenced. We will be fearless. And we will write.
4th Wave Feminism (4W) is a publication that is here to give a platform to today’s feminists who are stepping outside of the mainstream. We focus primarily on gender, sexuality, and male violence, but are open to pieces covering a range of feminist topics from female writers and journalists. You may want to take a look through some of our articles to be sure that you align with our politics before submitting. Our publication is female only.
