Summary

A federal officer has raped a female inmate who was in isolation for testing positive for Covid at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Abstract

The article details a harrowing incident where a federal officer, entrusted with the safety and well-being of inmates, exploited his position of power to rape a female inmate in Covid isolation. The victim, who had been expecting her breakfast, was instead subjected to a violent assault, where the officer groped and forced himself upon her despite her clear refusal and pleas for him to stop. The perpetrator's guilt was undeniable due to the presence of his semen on the victim's sheets, leading to his guilty plea. However, instead of immediate termination and legal consequences, the officer was placed on administrative leave, sparking outrage and questioning the justice system's response to such heinous crimes committed by those in law enforcement. The article suggests that the officer should face more severe consequences, including being fired, barred from future law enforcement roles, and subject to civil suits for damages.

Opinions

  • The article expresses that law enforcement officers who take advantage of their power to commit crimes such as rape are exhibiting disgusting behavior.
  • There is a clear expectation that the officer's actions are not only a violation of the victim's constitutional rights but also a breach of the trust placed in law enforcement to protect and serve.
  • The article implies that the standard of 'innocent until proven guilty' should not apply in cases where there is overwhelming evidence of guilt, such as the presence of the officer's semen on the victim's sheets.
  • It is suggested that the officer's punishment should be more severe, including a potential lawsuit from the victim and punitive damages sought by his employer.
  • The article conveys that such behavior by law enforcement officers must be prevented by any means necessary to protect the public and maintain the integrity of the justice system.

A Federal Officer Rapes a Covid Inmate

A short story regarding a warped mind.

Story after story has shown how law enforcement in jails, detention centers, hospitals, private citizens’ homes, and other public places have taken advantage of everyday citizens in one manner or another.

Years back, some law enforcement was notorious for raping or violating ladies during traffic stops using their power over them to commit lewd acts. Instilling fear in their victims afforded them to escape punishment.

Talk about more disgusting behavior, a federal officer does the unthinkable in a situation where he was hired to do right by the inmates. Their job is to oversee and prevent them from harm to self and each other.

One federal officer had a weird sense of responsibility and saw an opportunity where he could not control his own sexual behavior and seized the opportunity to violate a female inmate. This female inmate was in isolation at the Metropolitan Detention Center because she tested positive for Covid. While in Covid-isolation, he raped her in her cell.

According to the news, she thought he was bringing her breakfast as he had done in the past, but instead, he raped her. After entering her cell, while she was in bed dealing with Covid, he laid down next to her. Giving her no way out, he sandwiched her between the wall and him. No wiggle room to escape.

In the face of her pushback, he groped her and forced himself on her before penetration, all the while she advised him that she did not want him to do it. He violated her constitutional rights, along with her mental and physical self being raped.

He pleaded guilty only because according to the news, his semen was found on the lady’s sheets. What else could he have done, where the evidence validated his rape of this inmate?

Even though he pleaded guilty and his semen was found on the lady’s sheets, he gets to go on administrative leave. Really? Why? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? The evidence conveyed his guilt and he admitted to his guilt, so why is he being put on administrative leave? He should be fired and barred from being re-hired in any law enforcement capacity.

He broke the laws regarding his commitment to his job and violated another human being’s rights. Clearly, he is not fit for the job and should not be allowed to go free to do this to another.

In conclusion, while jail time for ten years is befitting, perhaps the victim should sue him for damages for attacking his assets, and his employer could seek punitive damages. This type of behavior needs to be prevented by any means necessary.
