Officer Exposed Himself in a Family’s Home
How a family call for help turned into the ugliest scene ever.
It was gratifying to hear that an officer was charged for exposing himself while responding to a call. Being charged is one thing, but this cop needs to be fired as he violated the badge he wore. How do you go into someone’s home and pull out your genitalia with no regard for the occupants as you gawk at their daughter?
This San Jose police officer of four years, Matthew Dominguez, 32, was charged with indecent exposure for masturbating inside a family’s home after he arrived to settle a domestic disturbance call. He became the problem instead of solving a problem. In addition to being charged, was placed on administrative leave. Leave, firing is too good for him!
You wonder, what would have happened if the 23-year-old girl he masturbated in front of cut his penis off what would have happened? Would she have been charged for attacking a cop? What if the father attacked him and beat the crap out of him? Would the father have been charged in any manner?
What psychologically felt right to this police officer to think that this was okay to disrespect the home, this family, and the 23-year-old daughter whom he masturbated in front of? The visual of him doing this is horrific. You could just imagine the shock on this girl being exposed to such filth under the disguise of a police officer.
April 21, 2022, Dominguez and two other officers responded to a call that a mentally ill family member was being violent, and violated a restraining order his parents had against him. By the time the police arrived the son had left and removed his GPS tracking device while his parents and their adult daughter awaited the arrival of the police officers.
What happens thereafter is that Dominguez became interested in the family’s 23-year-old-daughter and focused solely on her. Upon the police officers being alerted of the whereabouts of the family’s son, Dominguez sent the other officers out of the house to find him as he remained with his focus on the family’s daughter.
Shortly thereafter during the investigation, Dominguez unzipped his pants and rub his crotch as he interacted with them, the mother and daughter. When the mother directed her daughter into the kitchen, Dominguez followed the daughter with his penis outside his pants, “fully exposed.”
The mother and the daughter exited the house to find the father and an uncle who was nearby. When the father returned to the house, Dominguez was facing out of the kitchen with an erected penis in his left hand while propping himself on their counter with his right hand.
The quick-thinking father and uncle straightaway reported the incident to the other cops on the scene. As a result, the San Jose Police Chief Anthony Mata confirmed his disgust with such cruelty behind the badge and made it clear that any conduct of this nature deserves immediate termination as soon as the system allows. Dominguez faces criminal prosecution and decertification as a police officer.
Of late, so many police officers have betrayed what their badges represent with little to no regard for the community they were hired to serve. Police officers used to be highly regarded, respected, and held to the highest standards to protect and serve the community, but of late, they are regarded with much disdain and fear due to their own ill behavior.
Not only did the chief of police find Dominguez’s behavior horrific but the San Jose Police Officers Association president called this behavior “inexcusable, appalling and repugnant.” Sadly, law enforcement is filled with so many ingrates as they hide behind their badges.
All law enforcement across the country need to look at their hiring practices, background checks, and any means necessary to the weed itself of such ingrates masquerading as police officers without an iota of decency, moral and ethical standards.
According to the news media, if Dominguez is convicted he faces a year in jail and placement on the sexual offender’s list for 10 years. In this aforementioned statement, the operative word is “if”. What happens if he is not convicted, does things continue as normal?
In conclusion, law enforcement is in desperate need of reform. There are two many renegade cops that are running rampant in communities and causing havoc and are out of control. These officers not only have betrayed their badges but do not care how their conduct reflects on them and the law enforcement department they work for. All communities need to ban together to make law enforcement and their unions accountable and if not vote them out.
