Mexico City is a vibrant city filled with diverse culinary options. We recently discovered a hidden gem, the Asian restaurant Ling Ling.
Ling Ling Mexico City is situated on the 56th floor of Chapultepec Uno, a mixed-use, 58-story skyscraper. The restaurant, located above the Ritz-Carlton, sits in the heart of the historic Reforma neighborhood and features 360-degree views of Mexico City.

The restaurant offers delicious and creative cuisine, impeccable service, and breathtaking city views. It has become our go-to spot every time we visit this wonderful city.
A Memorable Atmosphere
My husband had previously experienced dining at the restaurant and was eager for me to have the same delightful experience. He took the initiative to make reservations online in advance.
Upon our arrival, a friendly hostess warmly welcomed us. The restaurant was exquisitely decorated, and the terrace offered a spectacular view of the cityscape.

“The terrace in Ling Ling located in Mexico City has a triple-height atrium with glass walls and a portico-style roof, making it the restaurant’s focal point.”
We could take in this incredible city’s sights, sounds, and flavors while enjoying our dinner.
Exquisite Cuisine
The restaurant’s menu offers a variety of traditional and innovative dishes that are simply delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were remarkable.
Ling Ling’s menu takes inspiration from the popular izakaya concept in the East, where the emphasis is on pairing food with drinks rather than the other way around.
The menu incorporates elements from Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Korean cuisines, while still maintaining the essence of Cantonese cuisine that is synonymous with Hakkasan.
The chefs’ attention to detail were evident on every plate.

The restaurant’s staff was outstanding, presenting themselves in impeccably dressed attire that showcased their professionalism. We felt well looked after throughout our entire visit, with their attentive and accommodating service ensuring that our needs were addressed.
This attentive and accommodating approach made our dining experience truly delightful from start to finish.
Reaching New Heights
One of the highlights of dining at this restaurant is the incredible view it offers.
Sitting on the 56th floor of the Ritz-Carlton, we were treated to a panoramic view of Mexico City. The city’s lights below were mesmerizing, and we felt like we were on top of the world.
It was truly an unforgettable experience.
