How to prepare a tall glass of lemon water every morning?

You need:

1 lemon or lime ( I prefer lime simply it’s green)

1 tall glass

warm water (60–90 sec microwave)

Directions:

a.Cut the lime/lemon into two pieces squeeze the half into a tall glass.

b. Add water

c. Microwave 1–2 minutes (if you don’t like a microwave you may warm-up in the kattle)

Notes:

I) Make sure to drink empty stomach to get maximum benefits.

ii) Do not add boiled water; it might destroy lemon properties.
