Salmon

The delicious fish contains plenty of iodine, which is important for a well-functioning thyroid gland. Iodine is needed for the formation of hormones in the thyroid gland. An underactive thyroid gland leads to poor metabolism and often to weight gain. In addition, the omega 3 fatty acids it contains protect against excessive insulin production.

Chilis

They are a real turbo for fat burning. The substance capsaicin, which is responsible for the spiciness of chilies, can increase thermogenesis, heat production in the body, by up to 25%. For this, the body needs energy and burns more calories. Seems like eating spicier might help us to get in shape.

  • Cinnamon is a warming spice, causing extra energy to be expended, as with chilies.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is the optimal breakfast if you want to lose weight. It keeps you full for a very long time. This is due to the long-chain carbohydrates, which in combination with the high fiber content for a slow rise in blood sugar levels, which prevents cravings. Plus, oatmeal is very filling because the fiber swells in your stomach and makes you feel full.
