8 Sex Questions Men Want To Ask Women But Are Too Embarrassed To
The sequel to a popular sex rabbit hole

We are a curious bunch, sexually speaking.
Last week I wrote 7 Sex Questions Women Want To Ask Men But Are Too Embarrassed To Do So, and was inundated with comments, messages, and a few interesting emails.
But it isn't just women who can sometimes be afraid to ask a sexual question; men also harbor their curiosities about women.
So being opportunistic…I mean kind-hearted and caring about my readers… I thought I should release a follow-up article.
Once again, I dived deep down into the Reddit rabbit hole to look at what NSFW questions do men have about women but are too afraid to ask. Each question will showcase the top answer given by Reddit users and information provided by experts and research.
1. Does sex with or without a condom make a big difference?
“Once I had sex without a condom, I never went back. I remember losing my virginity (with a condom) and thinking thats it? The first time I had sex without a condom I felt like I finally lost it and this is what it’s supposed to be like. Maybe it’s biological? I’m not sure but all of my female friends feel the same.” thedamnprincess
Well, I can think of some differences — no pregnancy or STIs. But let's assume the man asking the question was enquiring purely from a sexual feeling perspective.
Wearing a condom does reduce sensitivity, and this can reduce pleasure. A New England Journal of Medicine study found that 41 percent of people said condoms make sex less pleasurable.
The condom companies are aware of this and producing new products to enhance sensitivity.
LELO's HEX condoms are .045 mm thin and consist of 350 interconnected hexagons — which make it sound like NASA designed it — but allow your body to transmit warmth to each other. While ONE Condoms' Pleasure Plus condoms have ribbed pouches built to stimulate nerve endings.
2. Does the typical "hey, can I buy you a drink?" at the bar ever work?
“Nah. Anyone can buy a drink. I’m a sucker for “Hey, would you like some company?” It’s easy to decline if you are in fact waiting for someone, but if you’re alone, it’s a nice way for a guy to sidle up to you without coming on too strong.” AuDBallBag
The internet is full of pickup lines for guys to use. A quick Google search will reveal thousands that are better than 'hey, can I buy you a drink." The few times I tried that line, the person accepted the free drink and quickly moved on.
As a recently married man, I can't try the suggestion from AuDBallBag, but I would love to hear from any single guys who want to try it and if it worked.
3. What do most guys overlook that can easily make them much better in bed if they put more effort into?
“Foreplay! My best orgasms are ones where my bf takes tons of time to appreciate the boobs and tease me before just going in. We are NOT ready to just hop on you guys without any build-up.” kcckcc101
We discussed foreplay in the last article, so let's talk about another essential tool men can lack — communication.
Pella Weisman, a dating coach and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, says men need to learn to pick up from little cues that women are giving them. "I hear stories over and over again about how men are just not responding to the signals that women send. Learn to be a responsive, tuned-in lover, and you will gain serious appreciation from your partner(s)."
This can be verbal expressions, moans, heavier breathing, or increased lubrication.
Weisman suggests asking them, "does that feel good?' or 'Do you like that?' or 'Does that hurt?' Your partner may have been too shy to tell you and will appreciate that you asked."
Foreplay + Communication = Satisfaction.
4. What's the difference in pleasure between clitoris stimulation and vaginal penetration?
This question caused so many comments that the original poster returned after a day to post, "RIP inbox." Clearly, women want to educate men on this topic.
“Clitoral is much more intense. I once heard someone describe it this way: Vaginal stimulation is like someone stroking your balls, while clitoral stimulation is like someone stroking your dick. Does that help?” User Deleted
Sadly after giving this answer, the Reddit user deleted their account — perhaps to indulge in some clitoral stimulation — but I thank them for providing an analogy that men can relate to.
In terms of the difference in orgasms achieved via the vagina and clitoral stimulation, we can turn to a couple of studies.
Most women reach orgasm faster via clitoral stimulation because it has more nerve endings than any other human body part, male or female. Orgasms achieved via clitoral stimulation have been described in NeuroQuantology study as "localized, sharp, bursting, and short-lasting."
According to HealthLine, vaginal orgasms are "deeper in the body and are usually accompanied by pulsations of the vaginal canal walls. When the G-spot — a specific spot about 2 inches inside the front vaginal wall — is stimulated, it can result in ejaculation."
5. What do you generally think about our cum? Disregarding its necessity in maintaining the human race, does it bother you to have it inside you or on your face?
“Cum can be annoying if it gets in your hair because it dries all crusty (I think most men know this). My boyfriend almost always comes in me, which I love, but leaking for the next hour or so sucks. You can sit on the toilet for a little while but I’ll run to the grocery store or something with my boyfriend afterwards and feeling a wad of man gravy leak into my panties is not fun.” sex_on_a_trex
I have to say that this is the first time I have ever heard the term man gravy, and it is my new favorite term.
Anyway.
Andrea Burri of the European Institute for Sexual Health decided to research how women felt about semen.
In her study, Burri "noticed that many women find it very distressing when their male partner suffers from delayed ejaculation or the inability to ejaculate — mostly because it gives them the feeling of not being desired or attractive."
Her research found 50.43% of women considered it very important that their partner ejaculates during intercourse.
Burri also says, "it is noteworthy to mention that there is quite a large proportion of women that are repulsed by men's ejaculate, and this deserves a closer investigation as well."
OK, so let's take a closer look at why women may be repulsed by semen.
"However, this was beyond the scope of the present study."
Damn— you teased me there, Ms. Burri. Guess we will need to wait for the sequel to your initial research.
6. Are you conscious of whether a penis has been recently cleaned before sucking it?
“Wash your dick. And your balls, don’t forget the balls.” User Deleted
The skin around a man's genital area is no different than the rest of his body and should be washed at least once daily. If you have just worked out or sweat a lot, it is probably advisable to clean the area before oral sex.
If you don't have time to shower — perhaps you used the advice offered to question two above and have picked up in a bar — then an unscented wipe will do the trick.
7. How the fuck do y'all hold your poop in as long as you do??
The guy asking this says he swears his girlfriend has never pooped.
Ever.
He is being facetious, of course, for every person must defecate, but men don't like their female partners to poop or even fart for some reason. It seems you have to love someone before men allow them to perform a natural bodily function.
A 2016 survey by Mic found that most couples take two critical steps in their relationship at the same time. Between two and six months into the relationship, they save I love you for the first time and also "break the fart barrier."
“I can feel a poop “brewing” for a while, but I always wait until it’ll come quickly, because I don’t want to be sitting on the toilet forever. A quick run to the bathroom is often times actually a good, quick poop and you’re none the wiser because if you hold it long enough, It won’t take longer than a nice pee/mirror prep session. So she’s probably pooping a lot more than you think.” Only_if_you_run
Ms. Only_if_you_run should probably walk to the restroom and ensure her partner knows that she is 'about to drop the kids off at the pool' because being open about everything can lead to more sex.
Dr. Shannon Chavez, a relationship psychologist, believes more open couples may have a better sex life. They are "probably having great sex because they are comfortable with their bodies and what they do and are more likely to enjoy different types of stimulation and play with less inhibition, fears, and insecurities."
So to any woman reading this — please poop and fart as needed. And men, come on, let's get over this.
8. Can anyone please describe, to the best of their ability, how a back-to-back orgasm feels?
“So far I have only experienced more then one orgasm by myself with the use of my toy. The first one is awesome, the second is small and not a big deal, I feel it half as much as the first one but so far the third orgasm in a row within a 20 min period is by far the best! The third one is what curls my toes, have my legs shake, my body tightens and then twitches. It’s definitely what I aim to get to every “alone time” I have now.” WonderWoman113
While men need some time between orgasms — to recharge, so to speak — women do not and can achieve back-to-back or multiple orgasms.
"The average woman is built to come again and again," says Rachel Carlton Abrams, MD, coauthor of The Multi-Orgasmic Woman. "Women don't require a refractory period as men do, so we're able to stay aroused for longer and have an orgasm a second and third time with little effort."
In one study of women's orgasms, 47 percent of the surveyed said they had experienced multiple orgasms. The feelings varied amongst women, with some saying they experienced lots of small rapid orgasms back to back while others, like our friend WonderWomen113, seem to build into an earth-shattering crescendo.
I'm jealous.
