How to take your power back in health

I had really bad neck pain for seven years.

I traveled all over the world, thinking it is not a big deal.

Once I went to the chiropractor in Italy. I only had one session because I had to travel onwards.

I would have a few good days and then the hell started, usually at the end of the week.

If only I took my power back sooner, then I could have skipped the trauma of going to the hospital and taking all the meds that were poison to my body.

It forced me to find a better and healthier way.

Follow these 7 steps to end chronic pain

1. Decide to change. Change who you are on the inside.

2. Identify the belief which is holding you back. Keep asking yourself, “What must I be believing that makes me feel this pain?” You have a core belief, deep inside. Find it and make it non-sensical. Track it back from when you first felt the pain. Find that core belief.

3. Stop believing the old story about why you have this pain. If you cannot remove the mental block by yourself, try DNA Upgrades. I used this on myself when I did my process [article link below].

4. Listen to your intuition. It is there to guide you. Choose to empower yourself.

5. Use a natural bio-hack like fasting to cleanse your physical or energy body.

6. Focus on good health. Access the feeling of good health and calibrate yourself to it. You can do this through visualization.

7. Instill new healthier habits, like yoga, stretching, deep breathing, detoxing, fun things to make you laugh, positive thinking.

Embody the healthy you.
