5 Questions and 5 Things About Me
I am not very much into such challenges, but let me try :)

I read Yana’s answers and decided it would be fun to answer these questions, too:
So, let me start right now! :)
1) What is my favorite food?

Meat or seafood with salad.
Ten years ago, I would say — chocolate, but in 2014, I decided to change my diet. Now, I follow the so-called “paleo” diet. Most of all, it changed my perspective toward food because I gained much weight quickly and had to do something. I also started practicing yoga. Yoga helped me a lot because I work all day on a computer, sitting makes my muscles stiff, and I have permanent pain in the right side of my back.
2) What is something that nobody or almost nobody, knows about me?
Four years ago, it was writing. Almost nobody from my closest friends and family knew that I had accounts on writing sites. I wrote there with a pen name. Generally, people close to me had no idea that I write poetry and fiction stories. Then, I published a short novel in an Internet Literature Magazine and shared the publication on my Facebook account.
And the secret of my “writing career” was revealed. :)))

I have another “secret hobby”. A few people know about it. It is knitting. :) Yes, my granny taught me, and I love knitting, but I have so little time to dedicate to this activity.
I can create beautiful things — like handmade scarves and knitted laces.

3) What are things that can make me cry?
A sad book or film. I am an emotional person.
Another thing that hurts me a lot is a betrayal by a friend. A person who I thought was a loved friend of mine ghosted me.
I wrote about this here:
Of course, sad personal moments make me cry, too. I am not a depressive personality, but I have my sorrowful moments. When I started writing poetry again in 2019, I found that poetry helps me find my balance and soothe the pain inside me.
On the other hand, when it concerns my job, I am rather cold-blooded.
4) What is something that you regret in your life?
“Regret” is a too strong word. Probably, I feel sorry that I did not follow my wish and study something related to philology and foreign languages. I let my mother prevail over my wishes and agreed to apply to a university with mathematics.
There is no easy job, I am sure. Everyone has their complications and difficulties. Mine is too stressful and changeable, which causes more stress. But I’ve made my decisions, and I follow my path.
5) What are some of your dreams?
It is connected with four, but I am not sure if I will do anything to fulfill it. Maybe I will. It depends on many things. It is also connected with my current occupation, which gives me тoo little time for side pursuits.
One of them is Medium. Writing and reading on the platform take up most of my free time.

I dream of publishing a book in my native language, but I doubt it is worth the effort.
Thank you for reading.
