The ability to make notes on the go is just another function that smartphones have supplanted.

Every individuals have different approaches to notetaking; some want to write everything out in meticulous detail, while others prefer a more freewheeling approach.

Whatever your preferred method of taking notes, there is an app for you.

Why is note-taking important?

By taking notes, you’re revising the data being delivered to you.

This has several advantages:

  • To begin with, your memory will need to work twice as hard to retain the knowledge once you hear it and again when you write it down. This improves the retention of the vital details and key concepts in your mind.
  • Additionally, making notes pushes you to concentrate on the data being provided. Taking notes prevents you from simply sitting back and listening. As a result, you’ll know more about the subject after taking notes.
  • Finally, taking notes enables you to review the data later. Reviewing your notes before an exam or quiz will help you assimilate and recall the material. Your notes need more quality and quantity to motivate you to study.
