Thanks to Kanye West, Pete Davidson Is Back in Therapy
Kanye West is an online bully, he should be deplatformed
Kanye West or YE is suffering from mental disorder. Oh, but wait and so are millions of people around the world.
Even I have episodes; life is hard. What can we do? But to seek help.
He calls it his superpowers and good for him. He had changed his narrative to something positive.
Many of us struggle and I can empathize with him because I know it is real and it doesn't matter if you are a celebrity or not.
But online bullying is a different thing. His mental disorder or whatever he has is not an excuse for the way he treats people, including his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her now ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Pete Davidson in a People Magazine report is in trauma therapy after his spit with Kim and all because of all the drama that came with their relationship, most of it coming from Kanye West.
“The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he’s had to seek out help,” the source said.
And while both sometimes act like boys, it was Kanye who would post on social media threatening messages that if it came from an ordinary American, someone will be in a lot of trouble, but here is where Kanye’s celebrity privilege comes into play.
“God saved me from that crash/ just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass,”
He gets away with it.

Causes of Repressed Trauma Symptoms
Many different situations can cause or lead to trauma and, consequently, cause symptoms of repressed trauma. Some of these include:
- Physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual abuse
- Physical or emotional neglect
- Domestic abuse
- Living with or caring for family members with mental illnesses
- The disappearance of a parent
- Having parents with alcohol use disorder
These represent just a small handful of adverse experiences that can cause trauma and repressed memories. — Source
Some may dismiss trauma as nothing, or that Pete should just handle it like a man, whatever that means, it is good that he is doing therapy as it sure was he got a lot of verbal and emotional abuse from Kanye West.

A few days ago, Pornhub was deplatformed on Instagram.
Pornhub, the embattled adult-content site, lashed out at the decision by Instagram to permanently ban its account on the social network, citing Instagram’s practice of allowing celebrities like Kim Kardashian to post photos with nudity as an example of a double standard.
In an open letter addressed to senior execs at Meta (Instagram’s parent company), Pornhub — along with adult-industry trade group Free Speech Coalition, the Adult Performance Artists Guild and more than 60 adult performers — implored Instagram to “end all discrimination toward those involved in the adult industry” and to “immediately reinstate all accounts, including Pornhub, that have not violated any of Instagram’s Terms of Services.” — Excerpt, Variety
And while Pornhub has some grave issues it should answer on its own, it is permanently banned on Instagram and should be a cause of concern to anyone who not only values free speech but also fair play.
Because if Instagram can ban Pornhub, why can’t it ban Kanye West?
Is it because of the millions of eyeballs Kanye brings to the platform? If anyone posted the same stuff as Kanye did in the past, he or she would have long been gone from Instagram.
As Pornhub said, many adult performers are banned for no reason at all.
While I’m not a fan of Pornhub because of its dirt, calling out Instagram for its double standard isn’t too far from the truth.
Final words
If it wasn’t Kim Kardashian, what was said about her or Pete from an ex-lover or ex-husband would easily be a cause of concern for their personal safety.
And many did see it as that, Kanye was a threat to Kim and Pete.
The only thing that was working for Kim is that she has all the resources money can buy, security and protection.
But it didn’t come without a price, she paid dearly for it as her relationship with Pete Davidson ended, while amicably it is a no-brainer to conclude the Kanye drama was a factor in that decision.
Kanye West needs help. And one way to help is for him to be deplatformed, we have to stop being enablers, as we consume his rants and tirades on social media.
“If you have some sort of platform, you have some sort of obligation to speak a truth. You know, see something and say something.”
My opinion isn't a rebuke of Kanye because like Trevoh Noah I also believed that it isn’t too late for Kanye West.
