3 Things That God Uses to Fulfill Your Destiny
#3. Your failures

1. Your Gifts
From a young age, I realized speaking wasn’t my strong suit, but writing was where I shined. While my words failed to convey my thoughts when spoken, they effortlessly moved others when written.
As a child, I kept a journal and weaved stories for my friends to enjoy, and as I grew, my passion for writing only grew stronger. Speaking was still a challenge, but writing felt natural.
I’ve written a thousand articles and published 8 books. “100 Billion Souls,” one of my books, has deeply impacted many people on their spiritual journey. When people share how my writing has affected them, I believe it’s God working through my gift to help others.
Each of us has unique talents and gifts meant for a purpose. These gifts aren’t just about what we can do, but also about how we can positively impact the world around us.
God may guide you toward roles and opportunities where you can make a significant impact using your specific gifts and talents. For example, someone skilled in communication might inspire and connect with others, while a problem-solving talent could lead to addressing complex challenges.
God uses our unique abilities and talents as tools to make a difference in the world and in the lives of those around us.

2. Your Limitations
God may also use our struggles to fulfill our destiny. Many of us face limitations such as health challenges, financial constraints, lack of resources or support, and self-doubt.
Responsibilities, time constraints, and environmental factors can also hinder aspirations. However, these challenges can encourage patience, understanding, and resilience. They can lead to seeking help, forming connections, and enriching our journeys.
Overcoming limitations inspires others and shapes our path. Our struggles connect us with others facing similar hurdles. They teach humility and offer unexpected opportunities, shaping our destiny.
Despite appearances, our limitations are part of our journey and can be used by God to fulfill our destiny. They aren’t obstacles, but chances for personal growth. They’re part of being human, aiding in our learning, ultimately contributing to personal fulfillment and purpose.
3. Your Failures
At 20, when I moved from Ghana to the United States, I felt lost without guidance. I ended up in the wrong relationship, making choices I shouldn’t have. I stayed longer than I should have. After the years passed and I saw the mess I had created, I felt like a failure. But now I see that God used my failures to shape me.
My teachings now focus on self-love, respect, and finding the courage to leave relationships that do not serve us. I believe that God is using my past failure to help others as well. Now I can teach younger women the lessons that I have learned on my journey.
Failures aren’t the end but steps toward growth and wisdom, providing valuable lessons that shape our character. They offer us the ability to empathize with others facing similar challenges.
Our perceived failures help us become stronger and wiser — they’re stepping stones leading you to where you need to be. Even when things don’t go as planned, God uses our failures to shape us.
In life, God can use our unique gifts, our challenges and limitations, and even our failures to fulfill our destinies.
Our gifts are special abilities that can bring joy and hope to others. Our limitations teach us patience, understanding, and resilience, while our failures provide valuable lessons and shape our character.
No matter what we face, God can guide us and use every part of our journey to help us fulfill our purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.
