3 superfoods that made me GAIN 35 pounds

Not happy with what you see in the mirror?
I was once in your position, skinny, with no muscle, and socially awkward.
But no worries, we can fix that.
In this story, I will go over 3 foods that boosted my progress immensely.
Full-fat milk
First of all, it’s easy to drink away.
It’s perfect for making high-calorie shakes and has 3.5 grams of protein.
High-calorie shake that helped me a lot:
- Full-fat milk (350ml)
- Oats (50 grams)
- One scoop of protein powder (isn’t necessary)
- One banana
- Frozen blueberries (50 grams)
You can always change the amount but these ingredients make up a delicious shake!
Nuts
You can call nuts a superfood.
They are super high in calories and have tons of protein.
But there is more! (I feel like I’m presenting a gameshow)
Here are some of the health benefits:
- better cognitive function
- reduced risk of depression
- Better mood, enhanced memory, learning, and attention capacity.
- Loaded with antioxidants, lowers cholesterol, reduces inflammation, high in fibers, and reduces your risk of heart attack and stroke.
When I was on my peak bulk I ate 50–100 grams of nuts a day.
Also, 100% peanut butter is great to get your daily nuts intake in!
Eggs
Imagine a $2 product that lasts 3 days, boosts testosterone, is highly nutritious, and high in protein.

Yes, it’s a wonder I know.
But it’s a real thing, they are called eggs.
Eggs contain almost all needed vitamins and also help you build muscle.


If you struggle to get them down, I recommend making scrambled eggs.
Add some slices of toasted bread and top it off with some salt and pepper.
