3 Strategies That Can Help You Shift You From 3D to 4D if You’re Struggling to Get to 5D
It’s unrealistic assuming you can instantly go from 3D to 5D

1. Find The Exit Signs
Tell a person who is struggling with fear, shame, grief, or guilt to instantly start feeling courage, peace, joy, and love and that’s asking way too much of them.
It’s not realistic.
It’s almost impossible because until people have learned from whatever emotion they are feeling, the emotion will not leave and if they stop feeling that emotion without fully processing it, it will return at a later date because they have unfinished business.
Believe it or not, those lower 3D vibrational energies, although not very comfortable to be in, serve a very important purpose. One must pass through them to get to where they need to be.
It can’t be skipped.
This is why you should not be in a rush to go anywhere until you have fully dealt with your emotions.
When you’re struggling with low vibrational energies, it’s important that you stay in those emotions until you can transcend and transmute them otherwise it becomes spiritual bypassing where you’re pretending to be fine when you’re not.
And that’s only fooling yourself.
You have to understand the dimension you’re currently in and figure out how you’re going to escape if you don’t like it there.
You have to start looking for the exit signs.
The 3D is the dimension of duality and separation. It is the dimension of I am good and you are bad. You are of darkness and I am of light. You are negative and I am positive. You are low in the gutter and I am high with the stars.
It’s the vibration of separation.
There’s an element of control and manipulation in the third density. This is why the news and the media aim to keep things very low vibrational, to instill fear and make people worry, angry, and stressed out to keep them trapped.
It’s the game of the matrix.
In the 3D, we are plugged in and asleep. We live life on autopilot thinking the same things every day, doing the same things every day, and feeling the same emotions over and over again.
There is no desire to go within or to look at things from a higher perspective. Life is lived on the surface and there’s no desire to dig deep to understand the real meaning of life.
But the moment you start becoming aware of this dynamic, you know a huge transformation is underway.
2. Identify The Traps
You must feel what you feel, but the 3D is the dimension you must aim to rise slowly out from. It’s not a place to dwell.
It’s a trap!
You have to figure out what keeping you there and make a plan on how you’re going to get the hell out of there!
People and places will keep you stuck in the 3D.
Every person, place, and thing is made of energy. The truth is that some people are filled with dark energy that can drain you of your own energy if you’re not aware.
You have to be aware of the energy state of every person in your life, so you can prepare yourself and your mind for when they come around.
The moment you see that someone’s presence doesn’t make you feel good, you can use the power of your mind to create a shield around you, so nothing from their energetic field can penetrate yours. Then you’re always in your own safety bubble, no matter who’s barking at your tree.
The same goes for certain places.
If you go to a certain place and it reminds you of great times with an ex-lover who took a knife, pierced your heart, and twisted the knife, why even keep going there?
You also have to watch your own overthinking mind.
Most of the things we worry about never happen. The things you fear will happen never happen the way you worried they will.
If you look at it that way, worry is pretty much useless. It does absolutely nothing to help. It makes you sad and depressed and stuck in 3D.
Worry is pointless and so is overthinking.
Overthinking does nothing to help but make you sick and tired of being sick and tired. It makes your head fucking hurt and what’s worse is that the problem remains. Why worry and overthink yourself into feeling low vibrational emotions when your problems won’t magically vanish?
When you’re tempted to worry and overthink, remind yourself that when you’re done, the problems will still be there.
You have to learn to take negative thoughts captive and command them to obey you. Sometimes you have to order your mind to cut it out and go to sleep to be renewed.
You have to know the power of thoughts. It creates everything. It creates your problems, and it creates your liberation. It creates your sorrow, and it creates your joy. It creates the love you feel inside your heart and it creates the despair you feel deep inside your soul.
It all starts with a single thought.
Think a good thought and you feel wonderful. Think a bad thought and you feel bad. Think shitty thoughts and you feel like shit! Think abundant blessings and you feel like a million bucks!
That’s just how it works.
People, places, worry, overthinking, negative thoughts, and negative self-talk are all things that keep you trapped in the 3D. And let’s not forget about the news and the media.
Watch out for bad news and the bringers of it.
Every day there’s one bad news or the other to instill fear and scare you back into the 3D matrix. When you’re constantly vibrating in fear, what can you achieve? Not a lot because you’re contracted.
If you can perceive what’s going on behind the scenes, you’d limit or stay away from bad news and those who bring it so you can expand into your full potential.
So this is what you do: Look where you’re going so you don’t fall into a trap and keep looking for the exit signs that lead into higher consciousness.
3. Make The Ascension Plan
If you’re struggling in the 3D, it’s so much easier to aim to rise into 4D. It’s much easier to go from a 3D emotion, such as sadness or fear, to a 4D emotion, such as anger or courage. Anger is the most powerful gateway to 5D and courage is a much higher vibration.
You have to make an ascension plan into higher consciousness and the 4D is the in-between. It is the gateway to 5D and an empowering space to be in if you’re truly struggling with low vibrational emotions.
The 4D is the state of awareness and gathering information. It’s the place where you are looking for the traps that have been laid for you and figuring out how you’ll go around them to escape.
The 4D is where you become aware of the matrix and see that there is more to life than this. It’s the dimension where you see that what you’ve been told is not the whole truth. It’s about understanding that reality is more flexible than we’ve been made to believe.
It’s also a place of acceptance and neutrality. It’s where you don’t feel too good yet, but you don’t feel too bad either. It’s where you don’t feel all sunshine and rainbows, but you’re not wallowing in your suffering.
In 4D, there’s the knowledge that thoughts are powerful and can shift the way reality is perceived. It’s knowing that it's your thoughts, beliefs, and words that are creating your life.
While there’s still a level of duality in the 4D because we are still learning about oneness, the gap in separation is being bridged. The idea of good and bad, high and low, light and dark, is still there, but there is more love, compassion, and understanding behind it.
And there is no judgment, just observation.
Life becomes more about vibration than it is about action. It's about knowing that sometimes just being is more powerful than doing.
The 4D is about realizing that the power is right now in the present moment instead of looking to the past or worrying about the future. You understand that life is meant to be enjoyed and that you are worthy to truly live in the present moment.
In the 4D, there’s a strong desire to find your purpose and to follow your passions.
You perceive the world through your five senses and you’re aware of the sixth sense and you start working on developing yours.
The reality is that the planet has already shifted into 4D. The planet is in 4D but not everybody is willing to change and so the 3D will still play out. This is why you still see people spreading nothing but fear, fighting, hating, gossiping, and doing all these 3D things.
The majority of people are moving back and forth across the third and the fourth dimensions depending on what’s going on in their lives.
When you’re in 4D, it’s easy to descend back into the 3D state, but this move is much more unlikely when you reach a 5D state. There really is no going back there to stay. Bad things may happen to bring you down, but it’s never a place you’ll make a home because 5D is the closest to experiencing God.
You can never go back to where you used to be after ascending into higher consciousness.
While ascending into new dimensions should be what we all work towards, it’s unrealistic to assume that you can instantly go from 3D to 5D but 4D? The planet is there now. It then becomes a matter of choice whether you choose to engage with the 3D or work on ascending with the planet into a whole new dimension.
