3 Secrets That Will Reveal Your Life’s Purpose If You Really Wanted to Find It
It takes discomfort to see what you’ve been blind to
1. Your Purpose is Not Hidden
Everyone has a purpose. You know exactly what your purpose is but you don't think it could be it. You don't think it will make an impact. Honestly, you don't think you could monetize it so you brush it to the side and you say you don't know it.
You know exactly what it is.
Money will always be the reason most people will die without fulfilling their purpose. This is why some people say money is evil although money is innocent.
Money holds so many people back from fulfilling their purpose. Some fear that they can't make any money from their purpose and others worry that they don't have enough money to start.
But it’s all an excuse to not start.
You don’t need money to be able to help someone and that’s what your purpose will be about — helping and serving all of humanity. You only need your heart, your hands, or your words.
When you’re just not willing or ready, you will find the perfect excuse and you will believe it.
Life is only a reflection of what you think.
The more you accept that there is something you came here to do, the more likely it is that you will find it.
Most people keep affirming to themselves that they don’t have a purpose and so they never find it. And there's nothing anyone can do about that.
You have to want to find it and if you really want to, you will see that it's right in front of you.
2. Your Purpose is In Front of You
It’s right in front of you because it needs you to see it. It needs to be fulfilled. You have to choose to see it or you'll see right past it.
Look at the things in your life that you enjoy doing. Your purpose lies in one or more of those things. It lies in the thing you do when you have nothing to do. It’s the things that come to you naturally. Your purpose is the thing you can’t wait to do.
My sister is a pharmacist and she was telling me that she is getting tired of working for someone else and wishes she knew her true purpose. Growing up, I knew she loved books and reading. She would buy books, read them and pass them down to me to read so I knew her purpose would be in the line of books and reading.
So I gave her a manuscript of one of my children’s books to proofread for me and later that night, she messaged me to tell me that she found her purpose.
“It’s proofreading!” she said happily.
She was reminded that for every piece of writing she finds, she reads looking for the errors in it. She’s just great at spotting spelling mistakes and errors and she enjoys it. She only found her purpose when she was tired of settling.
Until you’re tired of settling, you will not find it. You won’t be looking for it. This is why having the intention to find your purpose is the first step.
When you know you came here for so much more and you have the desire to find it, it will be revealed to you.
The universe still works in mysterious ways.
All you need to do is genuinely want to find it and everything will point you to it. And you won’t need any machinery to start fulfilling it. You won’t need money or a car or an office building to start doing it. You only need your heart and your hands to start.
When you're just not ready, it could be right in front of you and you still wouldn't see it. This is part of the reason why life must make you so uncomfortable to find your purpose.
It takes discomfort to see what you’ve been blind to.
3. Your Purpose Wants To Be Found
You know your purpose but you think you can’t make any money doing it. You’re worried about the wrong things.
Until you've truly had enough of living a mediocre life, you won't care to find and take your purpose seriously which is why God has to make many people so uncomfortable.
It really helps.
When it comes to life’s purpose, money should be the last thing on your mind. It's never about the money. It’s always about serving.
You just have to serve and the universe will work how you’re rewarded. You only have to do your part and allow the universe to do its part.
When you’re doing what you came here to do, money will come and you won’t have to work to attract it. It’ll just come because from doing what you’re passionate about, you raise your vibration and you become a vibrational match for money.
Don’t make this harder than it is.
The money will come if you just stop worrying about it and do the work instead.
Stop worrying about everything else and just start doing it. Start doing the things you used to do as a kid and loved. Do more of the things that put you in flow states.
Your purpose is almost always something you enjoyed doing when you were younger. If you honestly don't know it, ask your parents. Ask those who have known you for a long time and they will remind you.
And if you truly don’t know your purpose, then you have to create one.
What do you really love doing that can help another person feel better or make someone’s life easier? That’s your soul’s purpose. You found it.
Now you just have to start fulfilling it.
